I went to Bob’s Furniture store because I’m moving to an apartment and needed to get a couch, dining room table and a Tv stand. Alexandra greeted me and showed me a round the areas where they were at while explaining everything. I ended up getting every thing I needed and was not as expensive like any other furniture stores I looked up. She also set me up with the delivery dates I requested.

This was our first time there from the first walk through the door from julie which greeted us with a smile and was ready to help us look for just what we where looking for, was offered coffee and ice cream as we where waiting for approval on application everything was so smooth and for the Funiture we had just in mind and is going to be the perfect addition to our living room thank you for the great experience from start to finish will definitely will be returning

BEAWARE, DO NOT GET THEIR INSURANCE PLAN! $ down the toilet!!! DOESNT COVER ANYTHING! We purchased it for all our furniture pieces ( total a~$ 3000 BTW!) they pushed the insurance on it, supposedly it will cover eeeeevrything, o well its NOT! And esp wasted nerves on very rude claim agents of the store! Horrible, never again
