After having my phone fall out my pocket while riding my motorcycle went to AT&T told them my situation and they took the best route for me to have a phone same day by adding a number on my plan great people working in this store

After needing to switch into a new phone plan, I decided switching from another provider was going to be my best bet.Upon walking into the store, I was greeted by a few reps. Mike (the manager) had me sit down with Jim who not only facilitated the transfer but was kind and engaging the whole time. Mike was also engaging with myself and the other customers in the stores. A friendly and welcoming staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and will be gladly going back to visit Mike and his team with anything!

Garrett S. is the one you should talk to when visiting this store! I came in today for a trade-in/upgrade on the iPhone 15 Pro Max and he hooked me up! I left with 2 Apple watches (buy one get one free promotional deal), a screen protector, a charger, and a case for a great price!Garrett was very professional and looked up every promotional deal that benefited me! He was very knowledgeable of all equipment and answered every question I had with no problem.

Had 2 negative interactions 1st. Team tried to sell me internet after I came in for a sim card. Normally I wouldn't care but after letting them know I had not slept the night before because my phone battery melted my old phone they kept pushing the item asking me about my Internet clearly I'm not in the mood to buy anything else.My second interaction I went to see if I can get something to show my old phone on my account for an insurance claim. Team was less than helpful and seemed annoyed I even bothered to come in when they rudely told me I should have called before coming in. Even though the company they represent told me to go to a store for the information i needed.Can't wait to switch providers to never have to interact with them again.

So, it’s really tricky. Jim, at this store, tried to be helpful, and did the best he could but there’s a limit to what they can help you with in the store related to your AT&T account.So Jim at the store gets 5 stars. But I have to give AT&T 0 stars – so I’m going with 2 to try to provide fair balance and keep Jim’s store open – but I honestly have to say that AT&T is incredibly difficult and makes everything way more frustrating than it needs to be, seems to intentionally set things up to drag on and add fees. And they really do not care at all about customer loyalty in the slightest. It means nothing even if you’ve been a customer for 15+ years. You get no consideration or benefit for that. We added my father, a T-Mobile customer, to our family plan and were forced to close our plan and open a new one which let them charge us all kinds of fees saying that it was a new account. Disgraceful but they have you by the throat so what can you do? It’s been four weeks of calls, chats, and visits to a store to simply add someone to a family plan. We are sort of stuck with them because we’ve been here so long, but I do not recommend them to new phone customers.

I went in to pre order the Apple I Phone 15 Pro Max and was helped as soon as I got in. I went in and was helped through the whole process. Was able to get any and all questions answered without feeling like a burden. The gentleman that had helped me was super helpful and walked me through all the steps of the process. Will be returning to this store for any and all phone needs!

Mike Nelson and Trevor Page at AT&T finally got me to switch to DIRECTV and home internet. Something I’ve been meaning to do for a while but just wasn’t sure where to begin. They made the process very easy and explained everything in a way that made me comfortable.

The guy that waited on us didn't seem to know what he is doing ... It took him 4 time to transfer my husband information from his old phone to the new one .. My phone died and could not come on and he told me there was no way to get the info from phone .. I came home and was told he could of taken the SD Card out of my old phone and put it in the new one to get the info .. I am very dissatisfied with his performance . ..

Hello AT&T,We are business customer of you guys for a long time. This store surprised with their attitude and policies. We visited this store on April 15 at around 11 AM. The guy whose name is Jim met us there. We asked for samsung A7 light tablet to buyout with no payment plan for our 2 numbers which we already have in our account. We already visited this store a while ago and left a good review.Now he said he is not able to do the buyout and said that they only have payment plan. I told them that we have bought a tablet with them while ago, but they said they are not doing it no more. We always buy tablets as a buyout. He mentioned that we need to move to Verizon if we need a help.Those guys were rude and unprofessional which mad us to have bad experience. It would badly effects to the AT&T reputation to have that employees there.We have more than 30 lines with AT&T and were satisfied until this situation.
