If I could go is place a negative in star I would. The service was so awful from the time I walked into the store with the rude customer service. If I wasn’t mistaken I would say everyone in the establishment was racist. Even with me feeling that way I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I still felt not welcomed so I just left because I know where I’m not welcomed and I was not spending my hard earned money in a place like this one.

They tried to sell me a 10 dollar part for 59$ for my dryer.....And the lady that works there is very cranky also. I try to help the small business out, but not at this price. I guess that's why these small businesses go out of business. THANK YOU AMAZON! I should have listened to the other reviewers about how rude they are. Response to post. And the only reason I asked to see the part is........it is possible I gave you the wrong part number and that wasn't the part I actually needed. Because there is no possible way that part sells for 59$$. Even direct from LG the part sells for 17$ But you were so nasty about it. You really weren't very nice even when walking in the door.

Went there to get a belt for our washer. I walk in the store and the lady was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me because I was interrupted her reading. I said excuse me but, I thought you were here to work. Well, finally she got me the belt for the washer, it turned out to be the wrong one. And when I took it back I got the same attitude and I forgot my receipt and didn't she make me go all the way back to Philly. Needless to say I won't be going back there again. There's plenty of appliance stores that I could go to. Well since my last review I went back with the wrong receipt and they were nice enough to take it for the price that was on it. So, I'm happy with them now.

Should have read the bad reviews. Greeted by an unfriendly receptionist. Drove 30 minutes each way for a part only to find out there are no refunds. The part didn't work. Waste of 74 dollars. And small businesses wonder why Amazon is killing them. Thanks for the wonderful service. I could have gotten the same part for half the price with free returns on Amazon

I am now a forever customer! Yesterday was the first time I ever walked into All Brand Appliance in Levittown PA. I was in need of a simple latch for a Whirlpool dryer door. The amazing woman that helped me (I wish I knew her name) and the staff was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!! They were the only store to have this item in stock without me having to order and wait for 3-5 days to get it!! The next day, I had to go back in, because it seemed the part wasn’t fitting properly. The gentleman (I wish I knew his name) immediately took the part, adjusted it for me and gave me some professional tips to properly install it. And it worked like a charm!!! All Brand will now be my “go to” for all of my appliance needs and appliance advice!!! Thank you so very much to all of you for everything!!!

Don’t order online, check here first. Price is better, staff is knowledgeable, no shipping costs, no wait. Buy local and support a great company in the process. They have gotten me out of so many jams and saved me from making numerous mistakes. Go local and go with people who know.

Cranky old Lady behind the counter, not sure if she thought she was part of the charm of the Store or not. I found her non customer friendly. No Masks were worn by Counter Ladies. I needed a part and they had it All other avenues required at least 2 weeks for delivery, so I paid $32.00 for a part I could get for $18.00 to $20.00 elsewhere. Would not want to have to go back to this store again.

Call for a dryer part this morning. The guy on the phone was very helpful. He knew exactly what part we needed. We went in picked up the part and now our dryer is working. Would definitely recommend this place!!

I recently had my dryer go down on a Friday morning. After troubleshooting for sometime over the phone with my wife, we figured out that it must be an internal part :(. I took the dryer apart on a fun filled Friday night guided by a DIY YouTube video and identified the parts I would need. A friend recommended giving these guys a call the following morning to see if they had the parts I needed, which they did! The girl on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Although the parts were almost half the cost on an online website with following day delivery, the phrase "Happy wife, happy life!" cancels the difference out immediately! When I arrived the girl behind the counter remembered me from our phone conversation and quickly gathered the repair parts for check out. The inside of the building was clean and organized. The older odds and end parts in their display cases gave me flashbacks! It made me feel old, but at the same time had me smiling and remember visiting mom and pop stores like this one with my father when I was a kid.I know some online sites can be cheaper, but in my humble opinion you have to support small brick and mortar businesses like this! My dryer is running like new and my wife is happy. Thanks for the assist guys!!

Terrible, Awful customer service! They are rude, condescending and have 0 respect for their customers!! In the year of this awful pandemic, small businesses are fighting to stay open! My husband and I shop the small business to try to keep these businesses operatingI I have no idea where these employees received training on Customer Service, but they are atrocious! I urge you to get the part you need online or at another appliance store!! I too had a part that was ordered incorrectly awhile ago and received the same treatment! AGAIN!!!! STAY AWAY
