“Where to start! I wish I could give a thousand stars. I am so extremely satisfied with my experience at Century Collision, and the world is a better place with people like Jon in it! I was hit and ran, and in need of a new front end. I would be paying out of pocket, and thus on the hunt for a reasonable price. I received a few quotes ranging in the couple thousand at other local body shops, with a turnaround of two weeks. I had the pleasure of finding Jon and his father’s shop on Google, attracted by the great reviews. Jon met with me in person, checked out my car’s damage and printed me out an itemized breakdown of each cost, explaining each line and ensuring I understood each step of the process. The costs were extremely fair and affordable for me, and estimated a 3 day turnaround! At drop-off, I inquired about my back spoiler and Jon provided an estimate and said he’d be able to complete both jobs in the same timeframe.
There is something special about Jon and his team, and I hope they all know that. He is patient, kind, and trustworthy. Traits that are truly rare and invaluable today ?? I kept gassing him up because I was just so appreciative and thankful that people like him still exist ?
My car was finished in 3 days. My car was given back to me in better shape than when I dropped it off; the inside was detailed and shined just as beautiful as the outside. They noticed my low tire pressure light was on, saw a tire had a nail and patched it for me. Prior to this, I thought my gauge was just broken as I didn’t see the nail!

We moved about 45 min away, so haven’t been back since, but after calling half a dozen auto places for my current needs (new tires), and getting runaround and attitude, I called AOK again and Tim was SO nice and upfront and quick about everything. John Shipley was very kind and helpful throughout the process, and even stayed later past business hours to get me all situated with the vehicle (on a SATURDAY). Obvious he cares for the customers. “Century is far and away the best body shop in the Philadelphia area. Their work is absolutely top notch. They took my vehicle with severe front end damage and made look brand new. Additionally, the staff is friendly, considerate, professional and prompt. Andy, Vince and Mike are all great guys. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this shop. Additionally, I recently took my car by the shop to take care of a dent in the fender. I though this dent could run upwards of $1,000.00, however, Andy and Vin took care of me, worked with me on pricing so the job was within my budget and it looks good as new. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and he immediately knew which one I was talking about. It was in for service but he brought it out and let me test drive it anyway. “As a first timer. CC was an amazing experience. Staff were friendly and professional. They send me a progress report every Tuesday and Thursday and if there is any question that i have, someone is there to answer the call and answer my question regarding the repair every single time. One top of that they do work with the car rental service so they pick you up from CC back to their store to fill out paper work and after your car is completely repaired, you can leave the keys with CC and have your rental service come pick it up. They’ve made everything hassle free. Highly recommended”
