Our physician, Dr Weiland, is 100%, 5 stars amazing! Our friend recommended her and were they ever right! Also, Dr. King saw us in an emergency and was excellent.

Prescription was all screwed up and they hung up on me when i was trying to fix it because of a single "swear word", which only slipped out after being repeatedly dismissed and belittled and not being listened to.

We have been long time patients of Meadowbrook Family Medicine. Everything was not always perfect but overall we have had a good experience there. People are caring and professional. We drive 30 minutes to get there but feel like it is worth the travel time.

I will never go back to that place with my kids .. one of my girls had a nominal cold and they took care of her good but when I had to come back with my oldest daughter with the same cold they make us feel like we had germs .. they put us in a room and they told us they will be right back .. 10 minutes past and the phone goes off and it’s a guy talking about they have to take her vitals through the Phone and I told him no because they didn’t do that to my other child .. he got mad after I told him no and why they doing this now and didn’t do it with my other child and got mad when I told him and he hanged up on me ? …another 5 minutes went by and the phone went off again and this time it was a older lady and she came out nice .. what did it all is when Ms.King didn’t want to see my kids and that is they real dr in that place.. secretary told me they can’t see them because she is sick Smfh because she taking care of patient that isn’t sick Smfh this is why the Insurance has your dam name there if you can’t be a dam dr and take care of your patience not another dr … well on this note f*** this place I never liked that dr from the first time I meet her and my kids … have a great day and stay away from that place

JUDY is so so unkind! Her phone etiquette is horrible and degrading. She has no sympathy and she responds in smart *** remarks. I pride businesses on their customer service and time and time again wellspan Meadowbrook has left me feeling worse off. I wouldn't recommend going here! I have the BEST service at ephrata wellspan!!!!!!!!!

Referred to Ephrata Hospital for minor surgery and was assured that it was the "best" surgeon in the area and I would be well taken care of. Minor surgery was $38,000 when all said and done and I got stuck with over $7000 AFTER the insurance paid. And I have good health insurance coverage. I should have been advised ahead of time that I would have significant out-of-pocket expenses. Wellspan should negotiate a better arrangement for their patients, especially if strongly referring to a particular hospital/surgeon. Additionally, I have more pain now than prior to the surgery. So I got screwed financially and physically, but Wellspan and the surgeon got their money.

Dr. Goetz is the best doctor I've ever had - and I've had a LOT of doctors. She is proactive, patient, careful, and extremely detail oriented. Her advocacy for the health and general well-being of her patients is unparalleled and her bedside manner is respectful and professional. I'm very grateful to have her in my corner! The nurses at this facility are truly lovely people who make me smile at every appointment! Thank you all for what you do! Beware low ratings: People often take their frustrations out on others and refuse to take responsibility for themselves; attitude is everything.

I would give zero stars if i could!!! I Drove a half hour to get there was running 7 min late and they refused to take me!! Considering how many times I have waited on them because they are running late. I am very sick and cant believe I was turned away, I have been going there since I was a kid! They are a doctors office, their job is to help sick people . Its very sad that a few minutes changes that! I will be finding a different practice!

I never had a practice tell me they won't see me to go to the emergency room or call a specialist.kaitlyn wetland rushed me in and out twice not doing anything for my condition.doctor Goetz or any of them not even considering I may have a sinus infection.worst practice I ever saw.im looking for a new doctor now.if I could give negative stars I would.all they care about is getting paid.

Vary over rated, I seen the doctor he sends me to a surgeon but didn’t explain, why. Vary unfriendly and not willing to help. United States medical professionals at there finest. I will find a new doctor.
