We used Udream Clean last year for a home cleaning. At the time, we had VERY little furniture, and we've only got an 870sq ft home. What we came home to was just not what I expected. There were things left dusty, soap scum still on the hardware in the shower, etc. The worst thing was the wax that ended up splattered on our wall from our Scentsy warmer. The owner DID come back out and clean what was missed, but the wax unfortunately left an oil stain on our paint. The double guarantee also did not stand up. It was explained that if we weren't happy, not only would they come back out, but they would refund what we'd paid. We never received a refund. Which is totally fine, but I wouldn't advertise that if you're not planning to back it up. Needless to say, we didn't have them come back as planned for the subsequent bi-weekly cleanings. I feel jaded at this point and haven't used another cleaning company since.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. They left dust in my home, floors over saturated and dumped dirty water in expensive shrubs. I even found a dead moth behind my door where they did not bother to vacuum. The worst part was the owner of the company. I am a very busy business owner myself and when I reached out to her not once but twice with dated & time stamped photos and videos she wrote back a nasty email scolding me for not following up right away when in fact I had emailed immediately after the first unsatisfactory cleaning and called four days after the second cleaning to cancel my service. She never once offered to come out to my home and take a look herself instead she asked for another chance to continue cleaning the following week. My neighbors also canceled her after the way she treated me. Do not waste your money.

UDream Clean provided us with an all-around exceptional experience and we'll continue to use them for both regular house cleaning and the occasional carpet cleaning. Service was outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about their clients and know what it takes to make your home sparkle.
