Mark is hands down one of the most trustworthy, reliable and upfront mechanics I've ever encountered. He was very honest and about his word. His prices are unbeatable and the work he performed was absolutely the best. He communicated well and kept his word on everything we spoke about. He had my Saab working in days and addressed many issues and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. He knows his stuff!

The owner was great. Had my car done in less than a day. His hours are different from other places. It's great for working people. He certainly knows the Saab. If you own 1 you love it but sometimes it does not love you. ?

If you are fortunate enough to find a good Saab mechanic (and you continue to be a loyal Saab owner); then you know the value of one. This gentleman is not one. He may appear to be one, but I had too many bad experiences with him trying to fix issues with many different Saab's to conclude otherwise. If and when you find yourself a good Saab mechanic, you'll realize, looking back, where this gentleman is lacking. I had to give one star here only because zero stars is not an option. The reason he even comes up in your Google search results, and on "Saab service near me" search results is because of work I did to put him at the top of page one Google search results with his first online presence; full turnkey website design and publishing; SEO with better search results than his competitors who had many years of established web presence before him; Google location mapping; and even these very Google+ reviews that helped you find him. Work he refused to pay for. Work I did that by his own admission was responsible for almost all of his new business, and a large percentage of his overall business at the time. And he still refused to pay for the work that was done. Even the picture of the front of his garage (the one with Saab badge) that appears below his reviews on this site; is part of the work I did for which I was not paid. This mechanic has a limited knowledge of some issues in older Saab models and is able to resolve some known Saab issues simply as the result of repetition, but if you're looking for someone who is a good Saab mechanic, and definitely if you have a 2nd generation Saab from 2003 forward: look elsewhere.

Mark is the man, he really cares about the dying breed of Saab enthusiasts out there. He is extremely knowledgeable, and reasonable on the cost of both labor and parts. My Saab had a broken throttle, and after being quoted an unreasonable repair bill by Swedish Motors, I began looking for other Saab experts in the area. Mark fixed the car, performed a state inspection, and did an oil change for HALF of what I was quoted by Swedish Motors. If you have a Saab (especially an older one), you're a fool to have anyone else work on it.

First of, these days with internet and technology, choosing a service without reviews is difficult. I tool the 'leap of faith' and chose Mark to fix my 2006 Saab 9-5 despite not having any reviews. Mark is an honest, down to earth guy who knows Saabs very well. His rates are the best, service top notch and his recommendations make perfect sense. He fixed most of my issues with the car in relatively short time and the car now works perfect!!! if you are in the Lancaster county and drive a Saab, you now know where to go if you need a Saab mechanic.

Simply put, if you own a Saab, older BMW or Porsche, you are crazy if you do not call Mark before you go anywhere else. In all my years of owning Saabs, I have never come across an individual that is as honest and reasonable as Mark. He is the only mechanic I have ever known to actually bring you back into the shop and show you what is wrong with your car and how he intends to fix it. There is no veil with Mark and he makes you feel as if you were working within the comfort of your own garage. Truly refreshing! There is no B.S. with Mark, and if you want the job done right the first time, and at a reasonable rate, you are fooling yourself if you go anywhere else.
