“Back in December I got door dinged in a parking lot. I swung by the first week of January to get a quote from Bumpers Etc. and discovered the shop was closed for cleaning/refreshing. Regardless of the fact that they were closed, the owner Nate still came out and talked to me and gave me some options for repair (the first sign of good customer service!).I called back the next week and spoke to Dustin to set up my car for a PDR (pointless dent repair) and paint touchup on the dinged spot. Dustin was pleasant to talk to and very helpful in getting the appointment set up.The following week I brought my car in for the PDR and paint touch-up. The next day I received the call that the repair was completed. I went to pick up the car and noticed the paint touchup was not completed. I called and spoke to Nate, and through our conversation I realized I has miscommunicated with Dustin when I set up the appointment and had only set up the PDR. Even though the paint touchup not being completed was 100% MY fault, Nate insisted on owning it and taking care of it for me on his dime.Through quality repair work and exemplary customer service, Bumpers Etc. has gained a customer for life (although hopefully I don't have to visit them much ?)! I can't express enough my satisfaction with my experience at this shop and highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work for their vehicle!Thank you to Nate & Dustin and the entire Bumpers Etc. team!”

Since I wasn't sure if I should choose a gas car or a hybrid, I had the opportunity to test drive a few different cars. “This review involves my experience with the service department, I didn't buy a car from there. I made an appointment for them to upgrade my cx-5's infotainment system and USB ports, while I supplied the parts needed. They only charged me $209 after tax for the job, much better than the others in the area that I called, and coincidentally they're located near my work so it was perfect. I dropped my car off in the morning before my shift started, and they have a nice guy who drives the complimentary shuttle and drove me to work. Although they refused to put on wiper blades that weren't sold from them due to "liability issues" (bleh) that was just a minor inconvenience. They called me only a few hours after drop-off time, which eased my mind knowing it'd be ready for me by the time I'm off. I will say though, I feel the shuttle could run a bit later, the last pick up is 4 which inconveniences the 9-5ers, but not a big deal because I just bought an uber, and was still saving me money and provided me more convenience than if I had went to another dealership on a day off. They did a perfect job, everything functions as expected and they gave me a coupon for a free car wash, which really sealed the deal for me (I appreciate the little things). This is the best experience I've had with any dealership and it's pretty safe to say I'll be going there for my future mazda needs.”
