“They have limited inventory so it's kind of hit or miss. Still, when you're in a pinch it's nice to have a hardware store in downtown Kutztown. Thankful they're there.Also: I've seen some commenters mention employee rudeness. That's hit or miss too. Some of the employees are quite kind while others barely say a word or just stare at you. It's kind of weird but I wouldn't take it too personally. Happy to have a hardware store on Main Street.”
“Good hardware store for garden anf farm supplies like small stone and mulch. Split rail fence is a good price. Also sells wood pellets and stores them for you, which is cool. The country boy brand is the best wood pellet brand I have tried, and they carry it. Nice people, too.”

“Had a laser cut new style car key cut. Bring your own blanks and they may be able to cut it and program it. $20 to cut only, additional $50 to program. Call ahead to find out if they can. Way cheaper than the stealership.”
