My husband bought my heart-shaped engagement ring in Philadelphia 18 months ago. I stopped in Munn’s last week to have them look at why the diamond kept snagging on everything. Chris took a look, asked if he could fix the prongs that had moved, and polished my ring — all free of charge. He explained what happened and assured me the prongs were safe and I wouldn’t lose the stone. After I left, I still didn’t feel good about the original prongs moving and went back to Munn’s days later. Chris offered to order a new mount with a gallery rail for me to see if I wanted to consider re-setting the stone. I loved the idea, got to keep my original band, and in just 3 days everything was done. I also asked my wedding band be soldered to the re-set ring. I am so happy with the outcome! I feel so much better, and my rings are set perfectly and look so amazing! This was such a better choice than going back to Philly, waiting for it to be done and shipped, and paying double the cost. I definitely recommend Munn’s, whether you’re buying or just gathering knowledge, they were so kind, helpful, and cost effective!

Do not use this business Like a few remarks below -I too took jewelry into Munn's to sell. I was told they keep the jewelry 2-5 days before taking any action on the jewelry. I called immediately the next morning as soon as the store opened I told them I wanted to keep a piece of jewelry I had left with them. They had already removed the stones from the ring. Less than 24 hours after me leaving the store!

Great service! On our two visits the staff were never in a hurry and delivered a great final product: my wife had her deceased mother's engagement ring resized to fit her.

I went to Munn’s a couple of days ago to have my wedding band and engagement ring cleaned and soldered together. When I picked my rings up this evening they looked better than the day I got them! They are absolutely beautiful and fit my finger much better. Not only that but it was extremely affordable. I HIGHLY recommend Munn’s to everyone!

I recently had a star sapphire reset. Emily and her father spent a lot of time with me to find the perfect setting. My new ring is absolutely gorgeous and it was ready much sooner than expected. I highly recommend going here.

Spectacular service. I broke my bracelet. I am leaving for a trip and want to take the bracelet. I walk in at 6 pm and they fix it by 6:10. I always get great service at Munn’s. Highly recommend.

No matter what your budget is the staff there (especially Emily and her Father) were so helpful with helping me design the perfect engagement ring. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you to your entire family. You guys get what that moment is all about and not what the customer has to spend.
