Outstanding customer service, I cannot say enough praise about the Mail Room and specifically Kai. I have used Mail Room Etc for over a decade for all my shipping needs as an author. They go out of their way to make shipping easy, I have also used them for notary services, faxing etc. The staff are incredible, reliable and so unbelievably kind. I will never go elsewhere.

Kai (not sure of spelling) was extremely helpful. I went to UPS first and was shocked how much it would cost to ship my package. She helped me pack my item and taught me how to use eBay to print a shipping label at a reduced cost. I’ll go here first every time now. This is the second time she bailed me out of a potentially bad situation. I can’t say enough good about this place. Thank you so much!
