Karns Foods is a great store with a small-town feel and a larger, big selection compared to others. The perimeter departments are excellent, including an awesome deli with a hot bar and friendly staff, a phenomenal meat and seafood department, and a decent produce section. It offers unique options like Eastern European foods and its own spices. Many find it a bit pricey but note better deals on items like soda compared to competitors. The service is excellent and friendly, with daily sales and a bright atmosphere. While it doesn't sell wine, there is a shop across the street.
The people who work at Karns Foods in Lemoyne are so personable and helpful! Whenever I go there, they act like they're a neighbor you'd want to know on a personal level! Great discounts on Meats, Pork, and Poultry. I eat 'Carnivore' and these are staples in that lifestyle.

Karns is great but a bit pricey. Love the European section. Love the meat section. The philly cheese steak chicken sausage is great. Also love their own spices which have great prices!
