K Novinger Jewelry is the absolute best! My husband designed my engagement ring there and they created the ring of my dreams. I also custom made my wedding bands and wow are they stunning. All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are always so helpful and attentive to my questions. I was looking for an independent jeweler to do my engagement ring resizing and I came across K Novinger. I try to stay clear of corporate jewelers and I love to support a business in my community. I ended up choosing this place based off the excellent reviews. From the start to end they were so pleasant! I dropped my ring off and I was informed it would take two-three weeks for my ring. I dropped it off on Saturday and I picked it up Tuesday! I was shocked to hear they got it done so quickly and she informed me she didn’t want me going too long without my engagement ring - how sweet!! The ring came back shiny, correct size, and just overall flawless! Thank you so much. I will be back!

The only jeweler for me! Truly amazing pieces and a welcoming, knowledgeable team. Kristin artfully created my wedding band, and the design process was as brilliant as the final product. They were able to repair my Sterling silver ring when another chain jewelry store wouldn't. It looks so much shinier than when I dropped it off. The staff are very nice and helpful too and they have a nice selection.

My husband purchased my absolutely stunning engagement ring at K Novinger. The day after we got engaged I went into the store and the entire staff was so wonderful. They walked me through everything with care and cleaning and how to make sure my ring is insured. After only having my ring a few short months, I had an accident and had something heavy fall on my hand. I immediately went into the store (almost in tears) and again they were so wonderful and got my ring back to me in PERFECT condition very quickly! They reassured me in my panic that it was going to be just like the day I got it and it sure is! I couldn’t be more pleased with my experiences and look forward to working with this wonderful jeweler again!
