needed a tow and was very rude on the phone on saturday ended up hanging up on me,husband called this morning sunday and he got the same thing after he told us that his guys were out all night,husband tried to ask a question and he hung up on him as well you lost a customer i will not deal with your rudeness again

First and foremost, the promptness of the tow truck's arrival was impressive. I found myself in a stressful situation with a vehicle breakdown, and I needed assistance urgently. Upon contacting the towing company, they assured me that help was on its way.The driver of the tow truck, Steve, was not only skilled in his job but also displayed excellent customer service. He introduced himself with a warm smile and immediately put me at ease. As we embarked on our journey to the garage, he engaged in friendly conversation, making the experience much more enjoyable than I had anticipated.During our conversation, I discovered that the tow truck driver had extensive knowledge about various car models and their mechanical workings. I felt comfortable asking him for advice and trusted his recommendations. This not only made the drive informative but also left me feeling more confident about handling a potential future car purchase.Overall, my experience with this company & their driver, Steve, was exceptional. I’ve never done business with the company & wouldn’t recommend their business!\nMy car was hit by one of the company tow trucks. & while trying to figure out how the tow truck hit my driver rear coming straight through a light, I was completely disrespected by the driver. The part to my tire that was taken off by the tow trucks tire was thrown over my head by Shania & I was told to “fetch it” I was called racial names aswell. When I left a review on google for the company, the owner told me I was the one who hit their truck & they was not firing the girl who hit my car! LUCKILY a GREAT Samaritan had a dash cam & recorded the WHOLE accident!\nIt’s no way I could side swipe I tow truck on my left hand side if my intentions is to turn right.. I would obviously have to stay in my right hand lane.. As a business woman, anything that’s done in company attire (company car, company clothes, etc.) YOUR a representation of your company or the company you work for! & she’s still driving tow trucks for the company … ??

The “Karen” dyke that works for this company. Hit my car in the rear, then had the nerve to act like she did not run into me with her tow truck (I have video proof) she proceeded to call me a “N****r” & throw the part to my car over my head that she gathered after hitting me & told me to “Fetch it”!Ive never done business with this company & would not recommend this company at all! If she’s working there still then the company is just as racist as her!

Such a disappointing experience with the customer (dis)service provided today. When attempting to help an elderly customer obtain reimbursement for his paid tow bill from his insurance company, contact was made to this company to obtain a copy of the paid receipt. Sure - the customer could stick the receipt in the mail... but we thought it to be helpful to him to ask the tow company for a copy in order to expedite the process. Since the person answering the phone "makes $85/hr and it would take a hour for him to find it... he is not interested in doing that". Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

Good service and good pricing. Car got impounded and sent to this lot. It was $200 for the initial tow and $25 for storage each day. Plus $75 for the tow I needed. Overall good service 9/10 ( 9 for friendliness.
