Wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to. The pharmacy staff is disgustingly rude. Can't even keep appointments straight for a flu shot. I had an appointment, and the rude ***ch said she had no record of it and then rudely cast me aside. Totally incompetent. I transferred all my prescriptions to Giant pharmacy. Wow, they are lovely there and know what they're doing!! Imagine that! You don't have to put up with their attitude. Just change pharmacy!

CVS really needs to evaluate the type of people they employ. Never had an issue at this location before but today the person helping me at the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not sure if she is new there but she definitely could use some training in customer service.

The staff is very outstanding and loving the store clean I would tell my family and friends to visit that for very thing they need for they home and love one .

My son went for his scheduled time for his online obtained appointment for a Covid Test. There were only two staff members in the Pharmacy and they both stated they got a "new machine" and didn't know how to use it and he should leave and got to an urgent care for his test. Disgraceful! I called the CVS to find out if he would be charged for the test and they immediately put me on hold when I was telling them my son was the one they turned away, then hung up on me. When I drove over to the store to find out they then just told me to call 1-800-ShopCVS. Said there were only two people there today and they were busy. Funny no one was even in line for anything. Very poor customer service! The lady's name was Bonnie the the man's name was Hadi. The store personnel also confirmed they get a lot of complaints about them.

1. Store if filthy! Floors have not been vacuumed in over a month plus. Lot’s of empty shelf spaces with dark dirt especially around the pharmacy registers.2. Pharmacy poorly managed especially for a large area that relies heavily on their services.3. Restocking is poorly managed on shelves and displays that are a mess.4. Self check out is a joke. They have staff that have to constantly fix machine errors and help people.What has happened to your pride of this business? Please work harder to present more professionally.

Alexis Is extremely rude! Despite giving me the incorrect unit count for my daughter's prescription, they insisted that the system provided the correct amount. I paid a co-pay for something that did not meet the standards of that co-pay.

I have called two consecutive days trying to reach the pharmacy. The first time, I was on hold for 30 minutes and hung up. Today, I am still on hold after 25 minutes. I am officially out of medication and they have not filled it despite receiving the refill request 2 days ago. For anyone needing life saving medication, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I am writing this as I am on hold for 21 minutes now waiting to speak to the pharmacy. This place is horrible. Usually there is a line all the way back the aisle of people waiting to pick up meds. Service is so slow because it takes longer to ring up your order than it does to get it for you, but at least you do get a 4 foot long receipt after you are done pressing buttons and signing multiple times.

Pharmacy has the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I heard all three staffers complain about hating their jobs and “make it stop.” They don’t want you there, so take your business elsewhere if you can.

It took 4 minutes for a CVS employee to arrive at the counter and they would not take my Amazon returns even though Amazon says this CVS location take QR codes. The employees also don’t wear uniforms and they’re bratty!

I go to this CVS for my medication. Usually a decent experience. The lady in the pharmacy, i think her name is Bonnieann has a pretty nasty attitude. I'd be thrilled if she never helped me again lol

Over the years, we came to loathe the monthly medication pickups in our family due to the increasingly-poor customer service at Rite Aid. We finally said enough is enough and switched to this CVS, and it has been like a dream! There are actually multiple people working in this pharmacy, your prescriptions actually get filled in a timely manner, and there's an open drive-thru window that is actually attended to by friendly staff inside! Thank you CVS for rescuing us from the misery of the Rite Aid across the street! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the store is rather dated inside and could use a makeover, but the staff here have been wonderful so far.

Constantly an issue with things being filled in a timely manner. If you’re short staffed, then don’t allow the drive through to be an option—waited 15 minutes to get to the window with only one car in front of me, only to find out it wasn’t filled after 2.5 hours of being called in. AND the auto doesn’t text updates anymore as many times as I’ve tried to change that, seems to be a me problem at this point. Time to go to Rite Aid I guess.

Had a serious issue with my new Rx insurance, The pharmacist went into my insurance account, sent my provider a note and, gave me a 10 day supply of atorvastatin 80mg not covered by insurance as that was all I could afford. Now still trying to get my provider to sign new scrips to submit to Rx insurance, but thanks to the pharmacist I can refill a 10 day supply for all cash payment to hold me over.

This is literally the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever worked with. The counters and pharmacy are are disgusting and dirty. Employees could use some training in customer service and professionalism. Avoid at all cost.
