Great staff and atmosphere. Went in to just look at phones and see the different plan options there were, because I was considering switching out of my current plan at another service provider. Austin, talked to me about different plans and was very helpful in helping me consider my options.
He was very informative and patient with me throughout the process, although I didn't get a plan today I think I will be back soon. He would be a good face to the company, and if there ever is a billboard put out he deserves to be the face of it.

'As my place of employment had provided me with a phone for the last 15 years, I had little knowledge regarding purchasing one for myself when I recently retired. I expected a trouble filled experience with the store staff talking terms I was not familiar with. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Every time I entered the Verizon store on Blakeslee Blvd in Lehighton, I was greeted warmly. Patrick was the staff person who assisted me and he was so nice, empathic and able to place me at ease about the entire process. I had wanted to keep my same phone number and Patrick explained in detail about transferring liability, how to do it, even was willing to call Verizon's help desk to complete the process so I could keep the same number. Patrick transferred everything from my old phone to my new and answered all my questions. He was always smiling, relaxed and just so willing to help. I had such a great experience with Patrick and this Verizon store. While I was waiting, I observed other staff members with customers and it just appeared that everyone was showing the same friendly attitude. I would not hesitate going to this store again or recommending to people. Thank you SO much, Patrick. Best, Pam Ruoff

Bodean made our experience at the Verizon Store easy, quick & without stress. He was knowledgeable about the processes & policies he needed to share from Verizon, but he made us feel at ease & didn't push products or services on us. He truly seemed to care about saving us money & was very friendly!

This Verizon store is a gem. It’s clean and kept, and the employees are very helpful. I had a bit of a problem with one of my phones and Bo was a really huge help in helping me get it resolved. You can tell this team cares about their customers. They deserve the credit!
