I highly recommend Pet Store Universe for all of your pet's needs. The owner Janice is very helpful and friendly. Prices are great for the high quality products that are sold in the store. Our pups love visiting!

Used to love going to this store until I saw that one of the people working here is there is quite politically loud online with her posts.I will not be supporting this store any longer as my LGBTQ+ friends and family matter more to me than any pet store. I would hate to see how they treat others like that in person.I’d rather give all my business to Chewy.

I was excited to find this pet store from a google search. Only one in my area. They had everything I was looking for that day and I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were reasonable, sometimes privately owned prices are much higher. Will be back.

It was my first time in the store last week and I have to say the customer service was 10/10. Extremely helpful and kind! the owner showed me around the store and helped me pick out products for my new puppy. I will be doing all of my shopping here for my dog!!
