I needed a couple sheets of OSB plywood. The carts are normally in the lumber area. I searched high and low for one of the blue carts for lumber but couldn't find any. So, I had to carry 2 4x8 sheets of plywood to the register. The cashier asked if I found everything ok. After struggling to stand up both sheets, I said, well, everything except a cart. She then told me that the new policy is that they are kept outside. I told that didn't really help since all the lumber is inside. She said with a bit of attitude, well, when you go to the grocery store, do you get a cart outside or in the isles? I just looked at her and said well, Kim, this isn't a grocery store. So, as I carry my plywood to my truck without a cart or help, I notice where all the carts are... at the far end of the parking lot in a big mess! A lot of good that does!

I have had nothing but issues. In May I had someone come for a fencing estimate. All was said and done, I decided to go with their company. My installation was then scheduled for July 18th. Numerous times they tried to deliver my material months or weeks in advance. I had to keep calling them to push the date of delivery so that I didn't have 10k worth of material sitting in my yard. Fast forward to the delivery date now of 7/17 (the day before the installation). Nope, SURPRISE I get a call on the 16th while I'm at work saying they are at my house to deliver the fencing. I argued telling them it wasn't suppose to be until tomorrow, that there was no one over 18 to receive it. Their response "its okay we will take a picture". An hour later I receive a call stating that my product was all dropped and needs to be returned to the store for inspection. After all of this, my product was all damaged and my new installation date is now SEPTEMBER 10th. Four months out from when this all started. Today (7/30) a truck shows up to deliver my materials. Almost a month and a half before the installation date. After a 20 minute phone call...again. I get the same answers and the same responses. I hear there is work of compensation but in the last few weeks no one has mentioned this to me. The lack of communication is ridiculous between the installing and the delivery. I have made about 10 phone calls total regarding just that issue alone. I've already made two monthly payments for a fence I don't have. Summer plans were ruined. If it wasn't for it being over 10k and me needing to finance the project, I would have never gone with lowes for the job.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Her name is Stacey who works in at the store in customer service, she is just lier and every single time she said different different stories. When you go there try to avoid customer service or find another shop.

Great customer service been here alot in mostly in lumber and paint section. Shout out to both those departments you guys do a fantastic job with customer service . Thank you to the forklifters for getting more lumber off the top shelves for me and helping me load it up
