My 78 year old grandmother had her car in for an inspection. The next day she noticed the engine was smoking. She opened the hood and the oil cap was off and sitting by the windshield! The oil spattered all over the engine! She called Ford and was met with opposition. “We didn’t do that” and “We wouldn’t have touched that”. They had the audacity to ask her when she had her oil changed. It was in April. They denied and denied doing it. Horrible business who try to take advantage of an older woman! Never purchase a vehicle here or have it services! Can’t trust them!

I needed to purchase a specific car, the Ford Escape Hybrid to replace mine, totaled in a not-y-fault accident. Lehighton Ford had a nice one. We drove to see it--45-50 minutes away from us. After thinking it over, I decided to buy it. The dealership fixed a couple of small things and then it was ready. An unexpected occurrence delayed my purchase: a customer clipped the rear quarter panel and the car needed to be repaired! However, the repair was done beautifully and quickly, and two days later the car was mine. The staff was stellar--especially Bo Kesek, the sales associate, who went above and beyond to get me set up with FordPass etc.

Have dealt with Mike at Lehighton Ford for many years. Always trust him and love the quality of service we receive. Just bought 3 Broncos (2 new and 1 used) and Bo helped us with all 3 this time. Highly recommend Lehighton Ford sales department!!!

My experience with Ford lehighton was more than wonderful, I as a woman always hated going into dealerships, other places I have went before made me feel uncomfortable and pushed into positions without explaining, but at Ford lehighton they made me feel right at home and comfortable, made sure I knew what was happening every step and took their time with me to make sure it was everything I wanted and worked hard as possible to get me the best deal. I COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER!

Had to have the transmission replaced on my 2018 F150 with 94,000 miles which I am not happy about at all with Ford but Adam and Albie made this unfortunate situation as easy as possible and were very fair with their pricing. One of their competitors wanted to charge $4200 more than what Lehighton Ford charged me and they were also to get the manufacturer to help out with some of the costs. So overall, I am not happy with the manufacturer considering such a major repair with not even 100,000 miles on the truck but the guys at lehighton made it a little less painful.

Bo was accommodating in the sales dept, the finance manager was not in but “the hitman” Brett Hart was able to help us get the purchase finalized and out the door the same day. Mike (the former finance guy) remembered us from a previous purchase 5 years ago and that personal touch is why I will do my best to continue using Lehighton Ford for my purchases
