My mom has been taking her dogs here for years. Now my mom is entering into her senior years and cannot afford everything one could working. I told my mom I would pay for her dogs surgery since she cannot afford the money to pay this surgery. I called up to this location. Normal person thoughts oh my mom has been going here they have great reviews so mom picked good. I'll call in and pay and help my mom and her dog. No not at all How this worked. I got told that carecredit was accepted. Okay great next make a payment. Well I got told they cannot do it over the phone per carecredit rules. Okay so your merchant has rules I need to call them next. Talking to carecredit yes that is correct however!!! Carecredit offers a way to go online and send the payment to their subscribers. Call back in to go over this and get the information I now need. I get told no they will not accept that way of payment which is something you can do but they are refusing cause the owner doesn't feel comfortable? It is a business your feelings do not matterif it is a service offered you need yo accept it. the only feeling I care about is your feeling for animals. This is obviously lacking. I am trying to pay for a surgery for a dog. Not rob the bank. This is Leighton not the pentagon. This is for a senior patient who needs help and you refuse to help. I'm gonna be letting everyone know that this place does not have a heart for animals. Cause I'm trying to pay for a surgery for my senior parents dog and you say no. Is not something a vet should ever say. You know fraud happens when someone pays got a surgery at a vet??? Please share this and find a new caring vet. We are here to work for our furbabies.

We took our dogs here to establish care and get their yearly visits done. The staff is all extremely kind and Dr. Dawn is AMAZING. I’ve had mediocre vets in the past but she was kind, patient, understanding, and so thorough. She was also so good with our dogs and made them feel comfortable. She answered all our questions and was just so lovely to be around overall. I can’t express enough how grateful we are!

I never heard of a vet who would not see a sick pet as a new client for 4 weeks. Very uncaring!!!

Dr. Dawn is so knowledgeable and informative about pets and is incredibly kind, along with every staff member I’ve encountered. I made a switch to her team due to not feeling cared for in the past by previous vets. I’ve only been seeing them for a month but I’ve already made several visits with my two beagles and they get amazing care. My one boy’s surgery was stressful yet I felt completely comfortable trusting them with his care and he’s not only recovering fantastic, she took the time to also remove other growths the day of. It’s awesome that there’s 2 locations if one is super busy! You can tell they genuinely love animals and want the best, it’s more than just getting a paycheck for them. Will recommend to anyone.

Excellent and efficient. I had a litter of 11 corgi puppies that needed their 8 week vaccines and microchipped. They had everything so well organized and it made for a stress free visit. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Dawn and her whole staff, as they've now helped me navigate end-of-life issues with two older dogs.The level of compassion and professionalism here is unparalleled. I honestly feel as if they helped me do everything possible to keep my dogs comfortable for as long as I could. It's such peace of mind. They are angels.

I put my dog to sleep it was the hardest thing I did. Dawn was so understanding I was crying like a baby. Her stuff is awesome to very kind.
