12/22/23 Awesome Facility with Awesome Associates. I was scheduled for surgery @ 11am. From the time I entered the building my wife and I observed the pleasant atmosphere. We were introduced to our nurse Rebecca with Katie and Laura assisting to prepare me for a displaced / fractured wrist repair. Their friendly personalities were topped off with amazing spot on professional care while exhibiting sincere compassion.Doctor Monica Edwards was our anesthesiologist and our surgeon was Doctor Jon Hernandez who performed flawlessly with amazing precision. My wife and are grateful for the excellent treatment we received from the entire Staff.Sincerely,Laurie & John Moran

ZERO STARS. ZERO.A little boy I was babysitting fell down the stairs. He bruised his head so I took him to the er, LIKE I SHOULD HAVE. I usually go to st lukes because they've always been very kind there, but today I went to lehigh valley because his pediatrician is lehigh valley. HUGE MISTAKE. They treated me like a criminal. They didn't trust anything I said and called children and youth and reported the incident. I am absolutely furious because I am a caregiver of 13 years for disabled individuals and I spent my life caring for others, not hurting them. Not to mention I have my own two children and have never been reported or accused of any form of neglect or abuse. They are well cared for, loved, and good human beings raised well. Oh, and I'm 24 weeks pregnant and never missed a doctors appointment. This is a lot of stress I do not want or need. This is why people don't seek medical attention for their children in these situations. Because the Healthcare world treats good people like criminals. I am disgusted by you, lehigh valley health network.

Took me back to the room quickly as there was no one in the waiting room but once there I am still waiting over 1 hour and still have not seen the doctor even though there are no patients here today....

I had a great experience getting an MRI here today. Bailey and Michele were so kind and professional, and made sure I was comfortable. They explained everything that they were doing since it was my first MRI and I wasn’t sure what to expect. They offered aromatherapy and music, which made it as relaxing as possible.

Seen for test within minutes, waiting room was mostly empty. (Not er). Took 3 attempts to get an iv started which was not pleasent but otherwise no issues.

Went here on may 13 20023 my husbands elbow was infected all they did was give him a X-ray and pain meds and discharged him went home not even a hour went by his elbow swelled up bad came to the mulhenburg emergency room they drained it and took blood work and gave him Ivs for the infection will never go back to lehighton Lehigh valley

This hospital is the absolute worst. Which is why I will always stick to St. Lukes. The wait times are horrendous. The test was supposed to have a result wait time of 30 minutes, 3hrs later, I’m now getting them. Place is a joke, terribly understaffed, the nurse who took me back couldn’t even pronounce my medications right, I had to do it for her. Untrained staff, just an overall terrible experience.

The Parking lot is empty maybe 4 patients in the waiting room including myself. It’s been over 5 hours still haven’t seen a doctor.

Was here twice in one day with my son. 1st visit took 6 hours and they told me nothing. I was told if he worsened to come back. Well he got worse we came back expecting to be seen in a timely manner since it had only been 2 hours since we left the 1st time. We are going on THREE hours of waiting. YET some kid that was getting ready to leave ( which means OBVIOUSLY not an emergency) was taken back first.The staff lacks common sense.

This is a great new hospital especially to the people that live in the area. It saves an hour drive each way to Lehigh Valley or Wilkes-Barre Scranton. Staff is excellent. Very nice Hospital.

I've been twice for backpain procedure. Helped as backup spine, back, hip w Hazleton. Experienced minimal set back, as could any staff clinic(& triage). Efficient care & service.
