“Ralph is an absolute legend! He got me hooked up with a new phone, got everything completely transfered over and had my case and screen protector on as well. I didn't need to do a thing to it when I left sans sign into my apps.
Special extra shout out. A customer came in who spoke no English. Ralph used his phone to communicate with the individual and helped get him a new phone as well and got him taken care of completely.
Ralph is really all about the customer. He knows his product well and is really positive and upbeat.”
