Very friendly business. While have our car worked on at lehighton auto care (the other part of this business) we looked at a few of their cars. They don't buy lemons or rustbuckets for resale. As a buy here pay here the prices are fair and on par with elsewhere. They don't sell BMWs like one negative review suggested. We saw plenty of Subaru which are great cars. We even witnessed him purchasing parts for one of their newly aquired cars that wasn't available for purchase yet. Not many of these shops will make sure the car is in tip top shape before resale. 10/10 would reccomend.

scammers. hAVE Only had this car for a year leased from customer one auto, service light was on so i’ve had them and only them maintenance my car. the start of this year my breaks started screeching i went once they told me my brakes were worn apart. went back had them fixed. went back ANOTHER time to have them fixed. went to max 4x just this year alone to have them service the same brakes. just to have them fail once again so i went to a diff mechanic this time and they showed me what kind of treatment max and everyone else at customer auto is actually giving their customers!! i have even gotten two cars off of them thought they were reliable but they are typical scammers !! they didn’t even replace my brakes anytime i went to them they blew me off an gave me temporary fixesA REAL TIME PHOTO OF PROOF TAKEN TODAY OF THE TREATMENT CUSTOMER AUTO WAS LEAVING ME WITH

Stop and need to get a car in a hurry and custom 1 Auto and Max are absolutely amazing to deal with I would definitely come back for another car when that time comes. Awesome deal and amazing people.

Couldn't be happier with Max's customer service and the repair work done to my Jeep by Paul. I had a universal joint going and they were able to fit me into their schedule within 24 hours. Work was done within 2 hours and I'm back on the road again. Thank you guys for being the most hospitable and fastest repair shop in town! Will definitely be a return customer.

If u looking pass this place by. If u desperate n r buying from them read all fine print get everything in writing!!! Didn't have my van long maybe 14 months had it fixed more then several times but to no avail, she finally died on me.1st time had van less then 2 weeks brought it back to them only to pay 600. For a job they didn't fix cause 2 days later it was still back to shut again. I just payed over 9000. For which I was told u cannot haggle price cause I was leasing it n now without vehicle. Good luck to those who choose this place. But like anything else some will have a shifty deal with them n some wont.

Nice guys helpful took my trailblazer to have the ac checked they found bad pully and that the belt was off and bad set me up with another appointment fair price kept in contact and adjusted my head lights perfectly too go see max at Customer one auto

Max was a great salesman, enjoyed communicating with customers, tells you all you want and need to know about the vehicle/vehicles you are looking at. If you are looking to get a vehicle I highly suggest this place, and Yes it is a buy here pay here which makes it that much better!

I brought my car in for brakes and an oil change. The service was excellent, the repairs quick, the crew was honest and hard working, and the price was fair. The best part was leaving and realizing how well my car was running. My check engine light was off for the first time in 18 months and it ran smoothly. They discovered a loose bolt in a front end part and chose to tighten it rather than try to sell a replacement. It's the little things like that that count. Max and Paul are valuable assets to that business. They've got a customer for life.

I was on my way to college with a car packed to the brim with all my belongings when my alternator started dying. I looked up the nearest auto shop and the only one I could find open on a saturday was customer 1. Although they didn't fix my car there, Max was very kind to assess the problem and advise where I should take my car, which got fixed later that day. This was very helpful as I was road tripping from Minnesota and didn't have many resources or people I could rely on.

From the very 1st day ,to the last day, my experience with customer 1 auto was excellent! 1st day I met Max, he was very polite ,helpful & knowledgeable! Shortly I met the managers , Scott & Josephine. Very polite, friendly, always willing to work with you. I was in a pinch, some stuff happened to me. They were willing to work with me. I finally paid my truck off.I have really high marks about this place. 5 stars, no questions asked. Thank you all very much ....?

Horrible customer service and very dishonest people. My husband and I sadly dealt with them more than once. We will never shop here or deal with these people ever.
