My fiance and I love going to this big lots! Everytime we are there it seems we are checked out by the lovely Jessica and she truly is so sweet!! Her customer service is out of this world! She deserves the praise!

Big Lots has expanded their furniture department. It is now the first department upon entering the store. Prices on many things are higher than elsewhere. Wait for a sale if you are looking for a bargain.
