I don't think there's enough cameras there I don't feel that my stuff is very secure their I'm actually renting off the place now I'm going to be quitting getting my stuff out there this month I mean the price isn't so bad there's a pretty big place 440 a month so are you mad but I feel like a management isn't where it should be they actually lost one the payments I made and told me I didn't make it I don't know good and bad I give it at 3

I've never had a major issue here. They even cut off a lock for me when my key broke & I got a new lock for my unit. They're not always in the office, but if you call, they'll come right down. My only issue is that I never get my email invoices, so I never remember how far ahead or behind I am on the payment.

HORRIBLE.... STAY away..... My credit card wasn't billed for 5 months prior to someone notifying me.... Than customer service was extremely rude b/c they couldn't answer why I wasn't notified or stated "WELL you should do you bills better!" REAllY.... it's sad..... NOT HAPPY with service.... Had to send an email to receive full invoice....

Unable to get ahold of them. Sent emails and phone calls. No response. Can only make appointment but hours on office say from 9-5 and no one is there during that time.
