I have encountered attitude from some of the men working in this store on multiple occasions. They treat female customers like we dont know what we are talking about or are stupid. My best experiences have been when I take pictures of what I need. I actually had a
gentleman say "oh, you know what your
talking about."
Last night I made a tool
purchase only to get it home and have it
not work. The one sales person was
very helpful, then we went in the back to
look at a second make. The man I
encountered there was nothing short of
rude. The person I was with even stated
"Wow what's with his attitude." From this
point forward this is one lady that will be
taking her business elsewhere.
I also asked around and found that other women had similar issues with the male staff.
Miller hardware needs to get their boys trained in customer service and ladies I recommend avoiding this establishment.

I love Ace Hardware on 329 in Bath, particularly...they carry everything I need...even stuff I didn't think I needed!! ?

Asked for and received (at my house) an estimate for work I needed. Heard nothing further after weeks passed even though I made made many text inquires of the estimator. Positive or negative I am very dissatisfied to have heard nothing.
