“I can't thank them enough!!! My two daughters were visiting Pittsburgh from the Boston area and started having car trouble. I called Wasson's Auto because of the positive reviews and their proximity. I'm not sure who picked up the phone, but they immediately told me to have the car brought in.
Fortunately, it turned out to be a minor issue which they fixed right away. Not only did they take care of the problem, but they wouldn't accept any payment. My girls can start the long trip back and I don't have to worry about their safety.

“Traveling from New York State to South Carolina on route 79 near Cranberry, PA, there was a dead deer in the road that we were not able to get around. We hit the deer that was in the road and bent an axle on our trailer. After failed attempts with AAA, we found the company through a Google search. They were a Godsend. They were able to help us get it towed back to their company, order the parts, and get us back on the road within 24 hours. They have excellent customer service and are truly a caring company.”

“I was in a real tough spot, broken down with a car full of kids and my wife...late at night on a Sunday, in the cold! I called A-One Towing in Monaca (Swink's Sister Store). Larry, their tow-pro, got us picked up within 45 minutes. The next day, Swink's fixed my truck at a reasonable price, knocked a few shekels off of the tow since I had them do the repair and had me on the road. Brandon was friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining the diagnostic work and what they found (STUPID $20 SENSOR FAILED...grr). I will be using Swink's in the future for repair work...hopefully not too often.”

“Elite towing treated me like I was their only customer. They were friendly and considerate to my situation. They worked with me from the day of the accident until the day we received back the vehicle and all the moments in between.I was given the mechanics work cell number Just in case I have any problems down the road. Which I don't anticipate because they are good at what they do that is evident. Keith went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. I wanted to go above and beyond and write a good review so that everyone knows what good people they are and if you need help in a bad situation like this you can absolutely count on them. No one is happy about being in an accident but if it's gonna happen at least I had an amazing body shop and mechanic on my side. Thanks Elite. You deserve more than 5 stars.Aug 31I want to update this I have had my car for over a month now and it couldn't be more perfect not a problem but that's not the reason for this update I lost a very expensive diamond earring before the accident. I was heart broken but I never told my husband it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have the heart I was cleaning out the back of my car and apparently someone from elite who cleaned my car after the accident found it and put it in the rear cup holder. I'm blown away. This is an expensive diamond. I'm so relieved. After 2020 has been such a horrible year now my faith in people has been restored by this small auto body shop. I'm just amazed someone there who never met me would have never been caught decided to be honest and leave me the earring to eventually find. Thank you. You made me cry in a good way.”
