Other places will find no issues but call with 5 things that could hypothetically happen some day and beg you to let them do it. I don't take my car anywhere else now.”

“They took excellent care of me yet again. I started using them a long time ago, but moved out of state. They were always extremely fair and honest, especially on inspections, and while visiting family they took care of me yet again, talking me out of replacing my 5 year old battery that tested very well and quickly diagnosing and fixing a grinding noise on my brakes. 4.4 doesn't do this place justice so I had to leave 5 stars.”

The steering wheel was really shaky though so I called to see if they could just quickly look things over and tighten the bolts on my tires. They got me in quickly and really helped me out. “Great service and super helpful. I had a scheduled appointment for tire replacement. When I made the appointment last week and ordered the tires I was told it was for the one I went to today in Monaca. The staff in Monaca were super helpful in correcting the issue and thankfully had the tires in stock I had originally ordered for the other location and were able to get everything taken care of.”

“I bought a vehicle here about nine months before Rub A Dub Trump was elected. The coupe was quite fine to say the least, but the power lock actuator on the passenger side always froze, and the mechanical lock on the driver's door was jammed. Anytime I'd give a buddy of mine a lift to high school, I'd have to make him crawl across from the driver side to make his way to the passenger seat -- that's if both doors decided to work! My situation during the wintertime was so tight that even my current wedgie seems to be less of a problem. The coffee in the waiting area wasn't bitter like the Mitsubishi dealer's, so that's a plus.However, my car had a mind of its own and often drove off on me while I was on the clock. Like where did it always go?? My Chrysler now is brilliant, because wherever I park it, I can always find it right where I parked it! That's loyalty right there. I can't go back to having a Bowtie on my grille. I'll stick to the wings of glory. Sales people are nice there.”
“Owner and mechanics are extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly! They checked out my car with a day notice and even repaired it the same day though they are backed up and really busy! The stabilizers in the front were broken and making noise over any bumps in the road. They even broke off while they were trying to remove them!! Chester and his Mechanic took the time to explain it and show me the bad parts as well as asking about a family member that has Cancer!! Just really can’t thank them enough! Chester said it’s too much to be worried about car problems when there is So much more to worry about!!Thankyou sooo very much! It means so much to us! Thankyou , Thankyou and Thankyou! “Ben and Matt do a great job at Kovach’s Automotive Services. My daughter is leaving tomorrow for a month of training out of town. She came home last night from work and her car was making a horrible metallic noise. My wife called Ben and they were totally booked. Ben said drop the car off and he figured out a way to squeeze the car in and fix the stuck caliper. Ben fixed the car and the family, now no one or nothing is stuck. “An absolutely wonderful experience! My check engine light on my car came on while driving to work and the car lost power. My warranty company had the Robinson location listed as a preferred repair facility. I dropped it off and Paul, the service advisor, was excellent from start to finish. I though I would be without a vehicle for a couple of days, but they were able to fix the car (replaced fuel injector(s) and spark plugs) in under 24 hours and the car is running better than before! I will definitely use them again for any of my automotive needs!”
