It seems Pod gets how important it is to clients because even the phone was answered on 3rd ring and a wonderful representative was above and beyond helpful to me in the process of setting it all up! POD is the answer!!”

“The employee,Amanda, is great. I drove from new york to pa to put items in storage due to a move. She was great, sent me directions and stayed until I arrived. Amanda is knowledgeable and friendly. I took a second load, and she was just as gracious then just like the first visit. The storage lockers are clean with plenty of light. Would recommend Guardian Storage in Warrendale,pa, for any reason you need to store item”

“I found this storage facility on Google. I spoke to Ray, who is very nice. He let me see the units available. After doing that, I was able to fill out some paperwork, pay for the unit, and be on my way.So far, so good.... should anything change for the bad or good, I'll give an update.”
“This is a well-maintained facility, and a great value so close to Cranberry. I like the personalized service; the manager takes time to find out what you need and show multiple options for storage units. Their communication is good, for example I once left one of my two units unlocked and the same day they put a temporary lock on and called me! I've been with them for more than a year with three different units, and really appreciate the flexibility and fair pricing. The only thing I'd say is, let them know what you're storing because in some of the units the concrete floor gets damp (no leaks, just ground water, it's PA) and they'll find something that works for what you're storing.”
