if I could give a negative 17 I would. they were used through wayfair to Deliver out couch. first problem they didn't wait for me to open the door and on a windy day the door was blowing around and they smashed the corner and now my screen down won't close. then they tried to bring it through the back door down a flight of stairs and I have on video of them literally rocking it over my railing scratching the whole thing and ripping the protective covering! and to top it all off they smashed my glass window in my door. so -17 is and understatement, this place is pathetic, also anyone else notice they haven't responded to any consumer reviews.

This is good for a semi truck overnight parking. There? Are no bathrooms no stores but it's quiet. And you don't have to worry about being bothered.

Would score zero if I could. They failed to contact me with delivery time - we had to call Home Depot who had to call RAS for the time. Then RAS called later that day to say the truck broke down. Home depot asked them to reschedule promptly as the one they already delivered needed returned.. but they would not reschedule promptly...so sorry for Home Depot staff who tried very hard to respond positively to us and RAS said not til next week when it was their fault that the dryer wasn'tdelivered . When I called them the staff tried to reach a supervisor and could not saying they didn't respond to him calling them.oh and they are not on BBB

I would give a zero for this company's services. I am surprised companies such as Home Depot uses such companies whose service is way below par. My ordeal with this company began on Friday October 7th, 2022 when they were to deliver my Garage freezer between 1.00 PM and 5.00 PM. I called them several times between this time only to receive answers full of lies indicating the delivery would be done that day. As per the requirement, half hour before 5.00 PM I call them for the third time and they route it to their warehouse manager who said I am the 12th on the delivery route and at that time they were delivering the 10th on the route. So as per the requirement I emptied my current freezer and food. I did not hear from them for an hour and kept calling them where in they kept on telling me that the freezer will be delivered today. I called up Home Depot appliances who confirmed at 7.30 PM that the freezer will be delivered. At 8.56 PM I called RAS and the service rep told me that the delivery time is way beyond the window of 5.00 PM and they would have to reschedule by calling in on Monday. 700 dollars worth of food was thrown in the garbage for a $1000 dollar freezer purchase from Home Depot. Never buy from Home Depot if they use such services.

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. My window for delivery was 2-6, they showed up at 1:03 expecting someone to be there. They left. Never left a message. I’m waiting until 5. I called to see what the issue was. The women on the phone said they are gone for the day. Scheduled another appointment 3 days later. Of course now the times do not work. I called and Caroline literally hung up on me. Do not go through this company! Zero customer service!! I’m not sure how this became my problem when they don’t know how to do their jobs!!!!!

Would give a 0. They came to my house to deliver all new kitchen appliances. They did major damage to the inside of my newly remolded home. I've called the claims department multiple times as well as left 2 messages. No one every answers the claims phone. Multiple scratches on the walls, cracked baseboards, cracked cabinet under my sink etc. Again just had all this installed by my contractor only to have it destroyed by these guys. When they were done, they didn't give me any time to walk around, they threw paperwork in front of me to sign and bolted out of there is less than 30 seconds (not leaving me any of said paperwork). I called and text the driver with no response. He knew he did damage and wanted no part of getting back to me.

***UPDATED BELOW*** ZERO STARS. This company doesn't deserve to exist. The worst experience of my life and The Home Depot is letting this place ruin them. Purchased a washer and dryer on Nov. 28th as a Christmas gift for my family. Delivery expected Dec. 18th. At 3pm on the 18th I get a call saying they were 30mins away with my delivery. 3 hours pass and no delivery, no call back, nothing. Being Saturday evening, I could not get a hold of anyone. First thing Monday morning, I call Home Depot, they have no idea, call GE appliances, they have no idea. A little bit of research directs me to this company. Called them and talked to a foreigner who said a manager will call me back in 3 hours or less. Guess what, no call. Without rambling on, this has resulted in me renting a U-Haul, driving an hour, and hiring help all to get appliances that have been paid for and never delivered. Extremely upset. *Update* Only after filing a complaint with the BBB was I finally contacted by a manager from this company. They offered to pay for the U-Haul, and to pay me for the inconvenience this caused..This, in total, came to $250. Still waiting for check, but I've increased the review to 3 stars until then.

I purchased a washer and dryer and the day that they were supposed to deliver they said they would call n never did but they said they were here but my wife was sitting right inside on the couch. They never called ahead and they never even knocked on the door just supposedly took a picture of my front porch and left.. now I either have to rent a truck and go get it or miss a day of work and hope that they show up n actually call n knock this time but after reading the reviews I am not sure what to do! I'm thinking about returning n going somewhere else!!
