“They do terrific customer service at this post office I'm a stamp collector and I want my postcards and letters to be hand canceled and they've done that graciously I really appreciate that very much I'm headed over there today and I'm hoping that they have the new Standing Bear I need a sheet of the Standing Bear stamps”
“Went in to buy a money order. Lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful informing me that they sold prestamped single envelopes so I didn't have to buy a book and a stack. Got my money order in the mail no fuss. Thank you!”
“I visit this location several times a week. Tauren is awesome! The older guy too. I came into contact with a lady supervisor/manager once; she was terrible…grouchy full of attitude…but I haven’t seen her in a long time. But 99% of the time I have a pleasant experience. They’re very rigid/consistent with their pickup times which is great because I know what I’m gonna get. If the Dropbox in the lobby is jammed, it’s just full. You can drop off inside to the far right or you can try to ring the bell. Just let them know it’s jammed. Last Dropbox pickup is 5:30 M-F and 3:30 Saturdays. So if you get there at 5:45 go inside or else it won’t get picked up until the next day.”

1020 Merchant St, Ambridge“I went in to try to track a package that is coming from China (trusted site I've used multiple times) and the man working couldn't locate the package as it is coming from a different carrier then through USPS. However, he told me to come back in a week, if the package didn't arrive, and he would try to see what was going on with the shipping time. He was extremely nice and willing to help me and answer my questions.”
“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”
“Just went in to ship a package for the first time and the lady helping me was so nice and explained everything I needed to know. I was in and out it probably 4 minutes :)”

521 Thorn St, Sewickley“The reviews about the "Wonderful Postmistress" are false. She had her Family write them Dude who needed his mailbox moved doesn't even live in Sewickley. He lives in WV! The truth.”
“Beaver Post office is always busy. Doesn't matter what time of day it is - you'll wait in line. The staff are nice and polite and do try to keep things moving, but you'll always wait in line.”
“While USPS unfortunately shipped my package to the wrong building, the staff in this location were super helpful in assisting me in scouting the correct location of the package by pulling up GPS records.”
“ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE & MOSTLY POLITE FOR GOVERMENT WORKERS - SOME TIMES THAT COULD BE HARD TO COME BY IN TODAYS WORLD I'M OLD SCHOOL. ✌️??????✝️?☯️☮️? TIM NIP”
“Honestly my favorite post office. Both employees (the man & woman that are always there) are always nice & helpful. Not sure what all the one star review people want from a government ran agency??? You might want to lower your expectations.. they’re literally just mailing your items lol.”
“Actually has a customer service window open 10-2, if you've been receiving poor and abusive service at the Cranberry PO (as many have as shown by the reviews) from Barb the Barbarian, try this friendly spot and save yourself the headache!”
“This post office is absolutely awesome. The people are always so kind and helpful. The people at this office should train other local post offices on how to treat customers. It is actually a joy to stop at the Crescent post office. Thank you for being so nice.”
