We moved from NC to PA. We had two deliveries. This all went as planned! Thank to Terrell in PA as we were working with a HOA with how long the container could be sitting. With his help we got it in the morning and picked up that evening!This is our second move with Pack Rat. I have recommended they to others. Thank you

Scheduled Monday to have pod pick up on Friday. Got a call at 2:30 Thursday saying will be there in 10 min to pick it up which I didn’t have it emptied. They canceled my pick up for Friday because the weather is going to be cold. Which I get be safe for drivers but wait till later in the day. First off where they put the pod it was located in a very bad location the driver said it was ok. Blocking half the road very unsafe. He didn’t know how to drive it and put it in my driveway. I had one in there before. Supervisor called me Thursday very rude ignorant I just can’t believe he was yelling at me over the phone. I will never use them. Plus they drove it in my yard which the driver said they are not allowed to go in yard. This place is a mess. Don’t use them trust me

Amazing customer service, very accommodating keeping in mind the circumstances. Both in FL and PA sides. Highly recommend. (the delivery driver in Florida and the Delivery Manager in PA were amazing!!! Kudos?forgot their names)

Absolutely the most professional experience I’ve had with a moving company. Seamless process from start to finish. The associate we spoke with gave us a reasonable quote—no hidden charges or anything like that. The moving guys were punctual, and they wasted no time loading our belongings on the vehicle, all while treating them with the utmost care.Overall I’m very happy with their service. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Used the company for a local move and an out of state move. Both times everything was perfect. Delivery time and pick up worked well. Would highly recommend this company. This includes the entire work crew, starting with the person on the other end of the phone scheduling the appointments..
