I had a terrific experience with the Collision Center. They were extremely communicative, up front about the turnaround time, and did a great job on my car. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped to guide me throughout the process. They did a great job working with my insurance company and were always quick to return any phone calls. Both Bob’s that I spoke to were outstanding. I would highly recommend them!

Very nice and professional staff. I just took my car there after an accident. I'm waiting for it to be restored. I went here because I've heard the do great work. I'm sure it will look great.

Absolutely horrible experience. My car was in an accident and the miscommunication was absolutely ridiculous. I was hit in the rear by a USAA driver. No fault of my own. Took my car to be repaired at Steve Moyer Collision in Leesport. I ended up having to pay for a partial tear down to verify damages out of pocket and then was told because the USAA driver who hit me only had $5,000 In liability coverage that they decided not to fix my car and that I was responsible for the partial tear down and I’d have to pay an additional $65 a day if I didn’t immediately come get my car. I was told different things by different employees, received an ignorant message from Bruce the collision manager that they weren’t going to fix my car after we had turned in their initial estimate and supplemental estimate to the insurance company. I was informed that USAA issued a check to me for damages directly to my bank account which was incorrect as I never provided account information to anyone. Although Bill at Steve Moyer Collision acted genuinely sincere the miscommunication from everyone there was ridiculous. Michelle in the collision center is rude and arrogant and has no compassion for her clients. I had my vehicle repaired here before and bought a new Subaru from here a few years ago and will never bring business here again after this experience. If you want quality service and respect I advise you go elsewhere. Absolutely horrible experience!! Picked up my car un-repaired and have to start the entire claim process over while being out $480 for them to do nothing. Told me this damage would be over $6000 to repair. I will caution everyone I know to stay clear of this repair facilityService: Body & Trim

My family's been in the automotive business for a long long time we had a body shop for almost a hundred years although it's no longer in business our family name is still well known in the automotive industry. I can give you my honest opinion. I work at Steve Moyer Subaru and I know our body shop is one of the best body shops around and I'm not saying that because I work there most important thing is the quality work they do and Steve Moyer collision does just that so I can tell you that I absolutely recommend Steve Moyer collision center.

I’ve had to use them twice. The most recent time was my parked vehicle was hit by a drunk driver. My car was the only one that wasn’t totaled out of the 3 of us he hit.They did a great job again fixing my car. And honestly the paint job looks better than factory. I’d love to have my other side fixed up from getting whacked in the parking lot where I used to work.They even offered to rewash it cause it rained before I could pick it up.Thanks again to the team there great job again. Though honestly I hope I don’t ever need ya again ?

I had an excellent service experience with Moyer Collision. I dented/crushed the fender on my 2018 Subaru Forester and needed a resolution ASAP.I managed to acquire a salvaged fender and contacted Moyer Collision along with several local garages and body shops in the Shillington and Reading area. Michelle from Moyer Collision called me back within 24 hours and set up an appointment for the same week. Most of the local shops did not respond or said they were booked out 3 months or more.The service fee at Moyer was reasonable, and within 72 hours of my initial phone call the job was done. Michelle was in contact with me every step of the way, and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied.Maybe a best-case-scenario experience, and YMMV, but I am very happy with the work that was done and the customer service I received from Moyer Collision.Service: Body & Trim
