They cut 2 pieces of glass and gave them to me wrapped in paper. When I opened them at home they appeared to be damaged, I returned them the following day, I was told they just were dirty. They told me I should have cleaned them . Totally disappointed.

At 5:30 this morning, I had a rock hit my windshield and cracked it.I called B&G glass soon after they opened. Within 2 hours my windshield was repaired and they came to me!They were so nice and did a fantastic job!Thank you so much!

I got my windshield replaced almost a year ago and have had problems ever since. In the beginning I took it back 3 different time to get the problem fixed and they failed each time. I had to threaten to sue for them to fix the one of the problem they caused which was ripping my side cowls, then claiming my car is “old”. So since my car is old it’s okay to destroy my property and do a beyond terrible job? Absolutely no accountability what-so-ever.Fast forward to now and the top weather seal is completely coming off and is covered in wet goop. My windsheild STILL until this day makes cracking sounds as I do turns or go over bumps. Air is in FACT coming through the top of my windshield where I had the problem before and they supposedly “fixed it”. They failed to reseal is properly…AGAIN. This place should be sued for not upholding their windshield contracts! Of course they’re closed Saturdays and Sundays too. How convenient for them. Straight up lazy and lousy work. Don’t EVER come here. Safe yourself time and go to Safelite. If I could post pictures here, I would.

Just had 2 windows installed and we were very unsatisfied with the outcome of the install, should have never even paid for the job. Got there and there was at-least a 2-3 inch gap between the window and the seal Installer told us to just push the corner when putting our windows up ? they made us feel like the blame was on us for ordering our own windows, other companies supplies were unable to get the parts so when they finally came in stock we ordered them and then contacted loc places to install. They should have called us after installing the FIRST window if there was some sort of issue and asked us how we wanted to proceed but they didn’t. Regardless if windows are not original they should not pop when going up and you shouldn’t not be able to hear while driving because of the wind. We turned around and took it back once it was driven and realized how bad it was and installer shrugged his shoulders and said nothing they could do. Offered no solution when we called in to speak to a manager besides bring it back yet again, as if our time is not valuable at all! Very unhappy with this experience and going to have to take it somewhere else to be redone anyways.

I had a rear window broken from an act of vandalism. I contacted B & G Glass to replace the window. The customer service representative’s were so helpful. My broken window was crash wrapped for me until my appointment to have it replaced. It was fixed within 3 days. The window technician was so friendly and did a great job replacing my window. I will definitely recommendB & G Glass to my family and friends!
