I was at this location with a friend and his mother who were trying to purchase an Audi S6 and I witnessed how my friends were victims of racism for being Hispanic and because they did not speak English to the point that they were denied access to purchase the vehicle, since the person in charge of finances, Mr. Jobin, and the manager of the store, both claimed that Pennsylvania law prohibits anyone who does not know English from purchasing a vehicle and also stated that the state of Pennsylvania prohibits using an interpreter to purchase a vehicle. I would love to know if the HR manager, is aware of these displays of racism by both gentlemen. I hope that this reaches the government and the relevant authorities so that we can eliminate discrimination based on race, language, or gender, since my friend's mother was going to serve as co-signer.

Brad Hess was outstanding to work with. From a my cold call about his CPO inventory all the way through finalizing the purchase of an S4, he was a master of the Audi brand. I would highly recommend working with him and, if you're in the market for an Audi in the northeast (I drove in from Philly), could not recommend Garnet Audi Reading.

About 6 years ago, I purchased a Jetta from Reading VW, and the process was so low pressure, quick and easy, I decided to go back for an upgrade. Again, all of the staff made the buying process SO EASY compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with. A special shout-out goes out to Brad Hess. From his first phone call, I knew I’d be making a purchase from him, even if it wasn’t immediately. Brad is the best!!! He even stayed late for me as I wasn’t able to make it in until after 5pm. Just the nicest guy and my new friend. ? If you are considering a new or used Audi/VW (or other car), head to Garnet and ask for Brad!!

Salesman Brad Hess, my new favorite guy, was exceptional! He was extremely attentive to detail, took my concerns into consideration, and he is an EXPERT on the Audi brand. I enjoyed not only talking to him, but also learning about my new car. He himself has owned many Audis and it shows. This guy is the real deal: knowledgeable, provides excellent customer service, and he’s just a plain old nice guy and Audi lover! A rarity in the car business. Thanks Brad for a great car!

Schedule a service appointment quickly after a blown tire. Also completed an inspection during my visit and washed my car! Jake was very helpful.

The service tech could not have been friendlier or more helpful . The final bill was a couple hundred kore than expected ... but what really annoyed me was I spent over $2000 and they couldn't top of my oil ... the light was on indicating I needed to add a max 1 quart of oil and they ignored it.... perhaps they could have called me and charged me for the oil instead of just ignoring it .
