Made an appointment with Stan to get brakes and rotors installed. Called him an hr before to confirm and he said everything was good so I showed up to the shop only to be told by a guy he had come to answer the phones for him that he had left to go to Greensburg. Never called to inform me nor did he call me back after leaving a message with the gentleman answering the phones asking Stan to call me back. Called Robs garage on Saturday and he squeezed me in the following Monday with no problems. I'll be going to Robs from now on.

Stan is great. He's not trying to get into your pocket for repairs. He maybe old and a little slow at times but he will always make sure you're happy. I take all 3 of my cars to Stan plus numerous other ppl I know.
