I have used this particular site (Leechburg) several times already over the course of the past year.Everything has worked like clockwork and there hasn't been any problems whatsoever.Making an appointment is very easy and flawless online. There are help menus throughout the appointment process explaining in detail each step of the way.The appointments itself have been flawless too. For the most part, they are on time. They also waste no time once they get you in for testing. They are very efficient and competent.

This place is a JOKE! Tried to make an appt. the site is not working! Called and spoke to some rude woman, explained what was going on, she rudely said TRY IT AGAIN!! Did that and the site FROZE UP!! I DON'T recommend this place at all!

I arrived yesterday too late to get my blood work done. The employee was so nice explaining how to get an appointment online. I sat in my vehicle and scheduled the appointment for today. I am so thankful that I got the same lady that I spoke with yesterday.She was very nice, sweet and kind! I was a little concerned about going when I read the reviews. I'm so happy I chose that location and I got the nice lady from yesterday. We talked while She was entering my insurance info. I finally asked her name. A huge Thank You to "Nicole"! She was the best!! I am a hard stick and She took her time finding my vein.

This particular spot stated that they're open till 3pm Mon-Fri. I got there at 2:00 pm to get blood drawn for my toddler. Checked in for the 2:30 spot, sat down only to be told 5 minutes before the appointed time that they're not accepting him because she's done working for the day and since she's leaving the other tech won't be able to draw his blood by herself because it requires both tech to draw blood and next I need not to show up around that time I need to show up no later than 1pm for service. Mind you that I left Children's at 1pm to head straight there since it's on the way home only to be told no and I need to schedule an appointment with them. Just great service yall got there..

My friend checked us both in. I got seen and hers got cancelled out somehow. We had the appointment for. At that time 2 people were asking us to tell her bus to wait so my friend declined. What chaos & confusion the nurse there acted like my friend didn't even exist. She still needs her blood work done.

I had Dr's orders for lab work on a certain date. I'm first one in the door, I signed in and a person come in after me and the girl took him first. I said hold on I'm first. The woman said you don't have an appointment. I said I most certainly do, here are my papers, oh, we'll we will try to fit you in. Fit me in I said. Only one other person in here. Very rude . That was at Hyde Park in Leechburg pa. They have quite a history of being rude. If those girls don't want to be there then they should look for employment elsewhere. So if my Dr wants my blood he can draw it himself. Not going back to quest. Thanks for nothing.

Don’t bother trying to get someone on the phone. They have one of those impossible automated systems that I feel should be banned for that very reason I’m giving them one star because if you need to use them you’re better off going in person and asking them.

I was hesitant to go to this location due to the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. The bad reviews must be a result of employees who no longer work at this facility because my experience was wonderful. I encountered 3 different staff members from the time I walked in the door and they were all so professional and kind. My veins are not easy to get a blood return from (this is NOT a result of staff incompetence by any means, it’s difficult no matter who is doing it) so two staff members had to help out. Amy and Nicole were both so patient with me and clearly skilled at what they do. I got very sick in the middle of having my blood drawn and Amy was quick to pull a garbage can close while Nicole ran to grab me a cup of water. They were so considerate, understanding and accommodating (even taking me to a different room so I could lay down). They were also very gentle when poking me with the needle. These ladies managed to make what would normally be an unpleasant experience a pleasant one. I would absolutely return to this location again.

I had a blood draw taken on Oct 6th at the Leechburg facility. I was apprehensive because I have had a couple of bad experiences with blood draws. I arrived early and checked in and was taken in before my actual scheduled appointment time. Amy was very professional and made my experience as painless as possible. I recommend Amy and this facility.

They use to be good a couple years back .Now you have to make an appt,which they don't even have it posted on the door..,plus you don't know that until after you answer a ton of questions on the kiosk machine..employees are ignorant,and you can't even talk to anyone when you go in..Will be going to AHN in Vandergrift.They have better hours,and the employees are so pleasant...Bye Quest!!!

Wow! lots of negative reviews. Not from me. Went there a couple of weeks ago for blood work. Staff couldn't be more friendlier. Process was quick and painless. Will be coming back to the Leechburg location!

I am so disappointed when they have to stick you 3 times in order to get blood. Also when you say you need butterfly needle and they say this is the same thing, but change the story when the second helper comes in and gets the butterfly and says well this needs a special report but whatever we need to do. It makes me so angry they should get 1 chance then they have to take their own blood!!

Went in to get a COVID test done to go to a concert. The employee was too incompetent to write any of my information on the sample so the test could not be ran. I filed a complaint about the employee and how I felt I needed to be reimbursed for the cost of the rapid results test at the concert venue since the reason I needed to get it was due to their negligence and have never received a call nor email apologizing or even acknowledging their mess up. Do not use Quest, go to literally any other lab. I have had nothing but issues with them.
