I took my car to kalmar for an oil leak. They cleaned the oil on the underside of my car off, put dye in, told me to come back a week later so they could find the leak. I was advised to come in early so they had time to fix my car once the leak was discovered. Wasted 4 hours of paid time off at work, got there and was told there was no oil leak. The car was in fact clearly leaking oil so thankfully my boyfriend took the time to research how to fix it on his own, ordered the necessary parts and fixed for me since they were no help. Called back a couple months later for a repair that is to be fixed under an extended warranty. They gave me attitude and said they’d never heard of that. Called another Chevy dealer and they’re going to fix the issue for me. Doesn’t seem like they care to do much work there. I won’t be returning.

Very good service department. They are fairly priced and great at explaining what's needed and why. Very fast turnaround on our vehicle too. Would highly recommend and would go back any time I need to.
