I have been with cricket for quite a long time, although I do have a problem with one of the daytime clerks! She is very rude and never smiles. I try very hard to smile and be happy around her. I have not been at the store in months because of her attitude and ignorance, I feel bad saying this but I worked with the public and we all deserve a kind smile and someone so willing to help you so I have been going to the cricket store down by Long John Silver’s. I realize she has problems and so do I am seventy years old. And I have a lot of experience working with people. No one deserves this attitude with no smile, and afraid to ask her questions.

I purchased a blue tooth speaker on June 11th of 2023.we had it 25 days the charging port broke in it. we used it a handful of times.went I to the cricket store asking to exchange, I didn't want a credit or money back. was told that it was past the 7 days and they could not exchange it. The manager called her D--the DM did not answer or text back. So she called one from another region & the DM said no. What kind of customer service is that? 7 days-NEVER AGAIN!! Will never purchase anything from them again!!

This store was great! The interaction was smooth and effective, I cut my phone bill in half! They even were kind enough to help me set up my device and educate me thoroughly!
