This was my first encounter with Chuck Smith flooring. I was looking to replace carpeting on my basement stairs. From the initial consultation with Colleen to the completed installation with Shawn and Bill, the project was flawless.
Colleen was extremely knowledgeable and insightful as to the selection of carpeting.
There were a couple of issues with the stairs, i.e. there are no risers and some of the treads have different widths. Shawn and Bill met these challenges without hesitation and exhibited due diligence in installing the carpet.
The new carpet looks amazing and exceeds my expectations. I am grateful to everyone at Chuck Smith flooring for bringing and sharing their expertise to my home!
I highly recommend utilizing this local and family owned business for all your flooring needs. You will be most satisfied!!

Have done several jobs for us, ( kitchen & gameroom flooring). Would highly recommend them. They even did the crown moulding for us.
The crew is easy to work with.
Pricing was good, cleaned up after every day they where here.
Nice people to work with.

I am elated with the job done by Ron’s crew of Gary and Sean. They turned my scratched and water damaged oak floors into beautifully restored floors. Previous owners had pieced in some new wood pieces by vents when the ductwork was changed. Gary patiently worked to make certain the newer wood matched the original wood. His attention to detail was extremely impressive. The finished project looks like all the wood was original. Both Gary and Sean were neat, respectful, efficient, and hardworking. Ron, the owner listens to his customers and delivers an amazing product at a very fair price. Their mantra was, “We want our customers to be happy.” They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Peak Floors for your flooring needs.

Sales/showroom staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a large selection of carpet, other flooring and tiles. Installation teams are also friendly, thorough and do an all around good job.

I highly recommend Chuck Smith Flooring! The owner Deb is just the nicest person! She let us take home several samples until we found something that we really liked. She provided us quotes for both vinyl and hardwood and helped us make the best decision. The installers, Bill and Shawn did impeccable work! They ripped out the carpet and floors on our entire first floor, installed new floor and new baseboards in just 3 days. We have been putting this off for a while because we thought it would be such an ordeal but it was exactly the opposite! And the workmanship is just amazing. I can’t find one flaw in the floor, not even a baseboard seam! I will never go anywhere for my floors!

We were on a time crunch after buying a new house through covid and wanted all the flooring replaced. They were able to squeeze my carpet in very quickly so it was done before we moved and they fit our vinyl in as soon as they could. ALL of the flooring looks amazing!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tried to get flooring right after Thanksgiving, the measured told me about when they would put the floor in , 2 months later not even a phone call they have horrible customer service.
