BUYER BEWARE!!! Back in Aug. 2020, my 1957 Chevy Bel Air was towed to Amsler's due to damage caused to the bumpers and tailfins by leakage/brake failure that occurred while taking the vehicle out of my parents' garage. My father & I had immediately contacted our classic car insurance, Hagerty, which did issue a check to Amsler's to pay for the repairs. To this date, the repairs have still not been finished by Amsler's, despite multiple (in-person) follow-up attempts every several months ever since, but each time my parents & I have been given a completion date, the owner Harry then gives us a different date come that time and repeatedly uses the excuse that he is short-staffed or that there is a supply issue with parts. I last went to his shop June 2, to bring him the latest insurance cards/policy I had just received and ask for an update, since he had last informed me it would be completed by this month, and he then informed me it would be completed by "the end of the year," but would not provide a specific date, nor put it in writing upon my request. I had also asked to see the vehicle to ensure it was still at his shop, and he informed me he could not take me into the actual body shop due to safety reasons, but pointed to a vehicle with a cover over it sitting in a corner though the window of the door to the body shop and said that was my vehicle. Because I could not physically see the vehicle, there is no way for me to be certain that he still actually has it in his possession, and to make matters even more frustrating, when I contacted Hagerty about this issue, I was told they could do nothing about it, despite the fact that the shop took the insurance money but has still not finished the job, which to me dictates insurance fraud. I filed a complaint with BBB, but they just closed it due to not receiving a response from the business, so I will probably have no choice but to resort to taking legal action next, as I still do not have my car back to this date

Definitely recommend. I came in for estimate for two minor repairs .. they scheduled me for next day and got it done before 2pm. Great communication and very nice people. I don’t do reviews but these people deserve to be recognizedService: Body & Trim

Amsler Auto should be avoided at all costs. I took my car there for hail damage and it was a nightmare every step of the way. The owner has no sense of customer service or, quite frankly, decency. He speaks to you as if you’re wasting his time and as if he’s the one doing you a favor. Originally he told me it would take a week to repair. After one full week I come to find out he didn’t even start to work on my car. He simply sent another supplement into my insurance to triple his original quote. I waited two full weeks for him to repair about a dozen tiny hail dents on my hood and roof. This man is a miserable con artist. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else.Service: Body & Trim

Amsler Auto should be avoided at all costs. I took my car there for hail damage and it was a nightmare every step of the way. The owner has no sense of customer service or, quite frankly, decency. He speaks to you as if you’re wasting his time and as if he’s the one doing you a favor. Originally he told me it would take a week to repair. After one full week I come to find out he didn’t even start to work on my car. He simply sent another supplement into my insurance to triple his original quote. I waited two full weeks for him to repair about a dozen tiny hail dents on my hood and roof. This man is a miserable con artist. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else.

Amsler automotive is a great place to call when you need help with car service repairs especially accidents. After they fixed my car it was so clean . I got a free detail they also have tow trucks and service vehicles to meet your needs. The people who run are very nice too.

I have great experiences with Amsler Automotive. I have used them a few times in the past. They are fast, efficient, polite and their work is top quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Do not use them ever!! They are inexperienced and cowards. I had to use them through AAA for a tow. They knew the type of car I had. Instead of them saying or knowing that they didn’t have the proper tow equipment, they used the wrong type of tow truck for my car and damaged the whole front bumper of my vehicle that just got repaired. When I spoke with management they would not take responsibility and said the damage did not occur when there were witnesses and an entire body shop observed what their driver did. After the one conversation with management I never heard from them again after calling them several times for remediation. Other measures will have to be taken when all of this could have been resolved and handled an easier way. Poor customer service. What’s your insurance policy for when your staff are incompetent?
