Very nice when getting estimate then when truck was done went to get it and there was scratches all over the front quarter panels it looked liked they took them off with a crow bar and the front end looked terrible it actually looked worst before I took it there he came out and I showed him everything that was wrong you could tell he wasn’t happy with me complaining but he said they would fix it they did it does look better but still not happy with it there’s still a scratch on the one side that I know wasn’t there me personally I would never go there again I was very disappointed but they did fix the damage that I originally went there for but never there again

Don’t bother going here. Apparently they do not want business. I have been going here for years and they do good work but the last three times I have tried to get an estimate no one was available, they would not make an appointment for an estimate and when I was told to “drop by” I did and was told by the only employee there “I have been working here for 52 years so I am not doing your estimate”. Apparently you have to beg them to do work for you. Terrible customer service! I will not support this business going forward and encourage anyone that reads this to do the same. They obviously don’t care. There are too many businesses that want people’s business and do not need to act like they are above it.

I took my vehicle here for body work on back quarter panel they replaced and painted the panel and sprayed paint on my rear window of my truck. Do not use these guys they are terrible!

I live in Annville and recently had a small collision. I called two places in annville and received some extremely off putting responses when I called. The third place I called was Yancey's and I wish I would of just started there! They were so helpful and welcoming. They even personally drove me to the enterprise rental car location in Lebanon since I could not get an Uber or taxi. I will recommend this shop any day of the week!

Went to them because of previous great experiences. Wanted them to fix clearcoat damage done by a detail shop. The adjuster told me they don't want to touch it. Took it to Carcare who did a great repair.

Super helpful when a family car needed the rear end redone. Did an absolutely wonderful job, were quick and very friendly. If we ever need more body work done in the future, we won't go anywhere else.
