Great customer service and an amazing install very clean install and car was cleaner then I took it there to have the sound upgraded. Jason the owner is amazing explained everything and showed me everything in detail also his employee does an amazing job as well if anyone would ask me where to go get a stereo or any type of audio or security and lighting done I'd tell them to go to XTREME ELECTRONIX hands down I trust them with all their work everything was explained in detail and warranty was explained for all components. I'm still in amazement on how clean and clear my stereo sounds now from where it was when I purchased my vehicle. Amazing experience!!!!

These guys are audio wizards! Professional, knowledgeable with great products. They set me up with a full audio overhaul with super clean install . Job was done within the day. Could not be more happy with Xtreme Electronix quality and customer service!

Cool little place with excellent customer service. Went to purchase a stereo for a 2002 pickup and they had everything we needed for the installation in stock. El Hefe was easy to work with and explained things better than the included instructions. Highly recommend them if you have stereo needs.

Showed up on time at 10am dropped off car. May 26th. They call me back 3 hours later telling me they are out of stock on 5% and said they could reschedule and give me a discount. Now keep in mind they wasted 3 hours of my time. Waking up early since I work 2nd shift. Now come June 8th I show up on time at 10am. They only give me a $20 discount... I didn’t make a big fuss. But you waste my time and reschedule me with no contest. And you only give me a $20 discount when the bill was $240. I am more than happy with the service. But I think I was taken for a joke. And you have lost my business and I will not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely would never go to these con artists again. I had all of the equipment for a speaker and subwoofer install. I scheduled my appointment wait a month for it, appointment was make sure my car is there by 9am for one they don't open till 10. Then I call dude says that my "subwoofer" wasn't on the bill that maybe they could get to it but it would be till the end of the day till they knew, ok so I let them know to just hook up the subwoofer and I'll make an additional appointment for the speaker install. Ok no biggie, well... 3p rolls around I show up there my car is in the parking lot, I go in ask if my car is completed tells me that the subwoofer is installed and that my BRAND NEW JL AMP was "blown/faulty" then tells me that I would need to order all new stuff quotes me up to $1,200-1,300 and another month away appointment. That they can't get anything done today as it's now 4:30 an they close at 6p. So for one not even the common courtesy to call me to tell me this bull crap, they were gonna have me wait till close to find out they did nothing, then charger me $188 for NOTHING their "2.5 hrs" of work to hook up a powerwedge subwoofer LOL well it gets better the "experts" had my base knob ran incorrectly and my wiring to my powered amp and sub WRONG!! Cause funny it all works just fine. From the knob to amp and sub works as JL always does beautifully. Save yourself the bull crap and don't bother. I would never do business with them again. Just read the other reviews they have 3 negative and one positive which was a remote start. Foh

The guys at Xtreme did a great job on the installation of remote starts on two of our vehicles. Our 2012 Tundra and our 2010 Wrangler with a manual transmission. They also were very accommodating to our night shift schedules for vehicle drop off and pick up. We will be doing buisness with them in the future. R. Leonard

This review is more of an afterthought and just over a year after my encounter with them in Oct 2019. My experience with them was largely positive.The good: The system performs great, everything was explained to me in a 20-30 minute sit-down post-install and the installation was extremely clean.Dashcam request: However, as a side job I had requested the owner hardwire my dashcam. This (existing) dashcam I had was around 80$ when I bought it and was 100% functioning when I rolled into the lot - I have the footage of me dropping off the vehicle, reviewing archived footage is what sparked this late review.Broken Dashcam: After a week or so long delay (awaiting parts of something, no bother to me) I went back to pick up the vehicle and was informed the camera was no longer functional. I spent 15 minutes or so speaking to the owner who refused to admit they were at fault when it was clear as day someone had connected it incorrectly, ultimately frying the device. It no longer worked with any power input. Of course I can longer prove this as I recycled it after the incident. I honestly was just happy I had a sweet sound system at the time - they did a wonderful job.Compensation: I ended up being "discounted" the dash hardwiring fee of $65 for the week long delay in install (thanks for the discount... don't even need the hardwiring anymore since they broke my cam anyways... and didn't care about the delay just cared about my cam)I also received "discount on sound system labor" for all the inconvenience, although I don't see that monetarily reflected on my receipt anywhere. From what I recall It wasn't verbalized how much of a labor discount I received either, and if it was I definitely did not feel it compensated me for the broken cam.Final thoughts: I can't ignore the fact I left feeling completely ignored about my broken dashcam. I didn't care about the week delay, or the "free" hardwiring when I couldn't even take advantage of it anyways, I cared about the $80~ I was out and the refusal to take any blame for it.I would do business here again and almost did a few months ago. I just want the owner and perspective customers to make sure they are aware of the risks associated with nonstandard requests like this. Always advise your customer of the risks involved with installs like this (I might have signed something preinstall that had disclaimers, can't recall). And always be prepared to have stuff break, accidents do happen. Lastly, businesses should take responsibility when something does go wrong.Disclaimer: This was all over a year ago, this review is poorly timed and I hate leaving poor reviews over petty things, no job is perfect let alone a huge job like mine was. Perhaps I missed a key detail in here and if that is the case the review will be promptly updated.TL;DR: 4/5. Incredible sound system, great clean installation, respects customers time, thoroughly explains how/what/why, but could work on process for nonstandard requests and taking responsibility for mistakes.
