I'm only sharing a 1 star when it should be none. My internet has been out and down for 1.5 months going on 2 next week. I get transferred from one agent to the next. We had 2 of the clients show up to my property one being high as a kite on pot and installing equipment that shouldn't even be hooked up and the second refused service because of my neighbor and I being white. This company is literally the worst for knowing how to do their job and is about to get sued if my partner or I lose mine because of their neglect to actually come out and do their job correctly.That's all.

Arrived at the store 0n Friday 9/29 and asked about switching from AT&T to Xfinity Mobile. Was told I could get a $30 a month credit on my current home internet service and $400 off the phone. I sat for 30 minutes while two of their team members went into the back to look into the $30 a month credit.They came back after a ridiculously long wait, and told me I did not qualify for the $30 credit, but if I added a second line I could get a "buy one get one free deal" and the original $30 credit applied to my new mobile account.The rep printed out the contract. It would be $51 total, approximately $18 for the two lines and $33 for the phone. Again this was printed out, not verbal.I agreed and they moved on to charging me $103 for the first month service and the sales tax on the phone. There was something wrong with their point of sale because they couldn't run any credit cards. This step took another 30 minutes.After over an hour total I finally I needed to leave. They said I could come back next week because the deal was good until 10/12. Didn't offer to make e an appointment or even apologize for the system failure.I arrived back on 10/2, and dealt with Harrelson. He has ZERO customer service awareness or instincts. He had to start the entire process over again. While he was helping me he saw another customer walk in who he had dealt with previously who had an issue with her bill. He stopped helping me and just moved on to the other customer. I told him I needed to get back to work and he asked me to look up my current AT&T account number. That was obviously to keep me busy for a few minutes while he helped the other customer. When I was there the first time that info was not required.Finally after waiting for 10 more minutes I told him I wanted to get things wrapped up. He acted annoyed and began to type on the computer again while still yelling across the showroom to the other customer. Unbelievably rude.When he was done, it was now $65 a month and $105 for the charge that day. I explained everything very clearly and he shrugged his shoulders and said he doesn't know what deal the other rep was applying and I could make an appointment to come back later in the week and talk to the manager.I told him that if he couldn't call someone and get this straightened out I was going to go with another carrier. He said "fine". That was it, not another word. I asked for the customer service number (which ended up being impossible to get through to a human on)and he responded "fine". Yet again.I am sure there are many Xfinity stores that have great staff, but this place is a complete mess. And Verizon had a deal that was almost identical, and if I move they won't jack my bill up $25 a month if Xfinity internet isn't available in the new town. That is something they don't tell you up front, you need to dig deep for that one.And I was in and out of the Verizon store in 25 minutes. I would LOVE to speak to someone at Xfinity corporate about this horrendous experience, but after their store stealing over 90 minutes of my time.... plus a 40 minute round trip drive... twice... and 20 minutes on hold with their customer service line I finally gave up.All I can do is tell everyone I know to avoid that location. Word of mouth can be very impactful.

If I could give minus stars I would. One star is being generous When I walked into the store I was unable to identify anyone as an employee. All 4 people looked as though they were customers. 4 people were huddled around one customer service terminals just having a social gathering. Surprised look on their face when I walked in. Thank Heaven the only reason I was there was to return equipment because it felt like it was an imposition for anyone t to wait on me. Other than stating the reason for my visit there was no interaction. Other than I am sending a text for you to confirm.I am very disappointed that Comcast condones this. Employees should at the very least follow some sort of dress code and be educated in dealing with the public. I have been a customer for over 45 years and expect and deserve better service. it is no wonder people look for other options besides Xfinity

Horrible customer service just horrible!! They kept telling me I can’t add a line and get the phone I wanted and as they kept telling me excuse because they don’t know how to do their job I was online with Xfinity added a new line with the phone I wanted and checked out got a confirmation and stood up said thanks for not helping a customer that’s been a customer since day 1 of Xfinity mobile because your too lazy to do your job and argumentative you just lost commission and I’ll wait for my phone to come to my front porch in 2 days. Pitiful lazy young punk employee

I stopped in the store at 9:49 to look into getting a few tablets for my employees. The front door was open, so I walked in. There were about four employees inside. As soon as I walked in the door, they all frantically said, "Ten o'clock, ten o'clock!" A female employee actually was walking in my direction, guiding me out the door while flapping her hands at me. I'll try Verizon next. I'll also be switching my personal plan to another provider.

Visited the store today for the first time, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, and super friendly and accommodating, will definitely recommend to others.

Id give zero stars but isn't allowed. Went to get a new phone upgrade at 6:15 to find out they "shut down registers" at 6pmsince it takes so long to do a phone sale??? Girl leaning against boxes looked as lazy as any piece of trash I've seen in that store. doesn't apologize or recommend come back instead tells me to get the f out of the store or she will call the cops. what a terrible experience. Two reps on both doing nothing. If you are open till 7pm you are ringing till 7pm. This isn't I want to go home since im lazy. Sadly, you call to report this store and corporate spends over an hour passing you person to person and gives just a little care about you as she did.

I haven’t even had my first bill yet and I’m having issues with Comcast. I called in a few weeks ago to have my internet and modem installed. No one ever showed. I called and they said they canceled it for no reason. They took my $25 though. I was told I will have to wait another few weeks to get it set up. I asked to speak to a manager and was assured I was on a waitlist behind two other customers. They didn’t call me after four hours so I called back. Now I have to go pick up my modem and set it up myself if I want internet which I need cause I work from home. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away if you can!
