Just wanted to give a personal thank you to the manager, Dianna Wampler. I walked in with an out-of-the-ordinary situation at the counter and she pulled me into her office to assist me the best she could. She went above and beyond what I had expected and I am extremely grateful for it. She did not get to resolve my issue while I was there, however, she gave me all of the necessary information I needed and it ended up working out! Thank you very much to this team. Everyone was very kind, attentive, and helpful.

If you are looking for a bank that will steal from you without blinking (and I'm not even talking about the fees I'm talking sticky fingers) this is the bank for you. The worst service ever. Our business deposits are often incorrect while the pocket whatever they feel like taking.
