This verizon was the worst verizon i have ever went to, the employee Jason who works there needs to be fire immediately, the worst employee i have ever dealt with in my life, pretty said when you are late to your own job, maybe people need a wake up call, Jason, you are the worst employee i’ve ever dealt with

Jason is absolutely amazing helping rectify a complicated account issue
He spent several hours with us and was awesome every second and got us taken care of and provided plenty of jokes to ease the pain of the day

Very friendly staff, Jason and Adam got me all setup. I like how the location is easy to find from the main road instead of having to go into the mall. Store was nice and clean. The other store on the other side of lebanon wasn't the best to deal with so I'm glad I found this one, so I was able to have a much better experience. Thank you.

Chad the DSM is rude to his coworkers/employees. Swearing and verbally abusive where people can over hear. If you don't meet the sales goals Chad puts employees down rather than helping them . Russell Cellular allows this type of behavior as this man is still employed here. Their employee services doesn't take this behavior seriously either. I do not recommend any Russell Cellular store. Lebanon has other Verizon stores I will take my business there.

The absolute worst experience. The manager is terrible and caused so much of the problem. My husband was supposed to get a credit for his phone and it never happened. I had to say I would file a police report because they had no record of the phone. The manager was cursing on the phone. Terrible!

Our customer service gentleman was very easy to speak with, and he assisted us with all of questions, and moving information from one phone to a new one.

This store is horrible. I stopped on 1/11/22 to buy a new phone. The agent said he couldn't transfer my info to the new phone because he did not know how. As he talked to the manager on the phone he proceeded to curse and use the "F" word loudly in front of me. Manager asked me to come back the next afternoon to see another agent. I did stop the next day and talk to this new agent. She was at the store alone with about 5 people waiting. I told her I could wait for another time since she was swamped with people. We agreed that I should come back 1/16/22 at noon. She never showed up for our appointment. I went to another Verizon store and had a very pleasant experience. The Lebanon Valley Mall store was also very dirty. I bet this review will somehow be removed.
