Whoever is delivering packages today near Rocherty Rd on 241 pulled out infront of me, almost cut me off, then preceded to do 83mph down 241 to Spangler Rd. Exteamly unprofessional.

Not all mail is forwarded.I received important mail 10 months late.My credit card invoice was not forwarded in a timely manner which caused me to pay a late fee.The telephone there was never answered.The carrier routinely leaves mail for address #663, I live at #633.Some mail is never received. Where does it go? I'd like to look in the trash.

The worst postal service I've ever had! They are always good with my outgoing packages at the actual post office, but delivery to my home is questionable. I've lived in Lebanon for 12 years and never had an issue until recently. We regularly get our neighbors mail and sometimes don't get our mail. I get an email everyday from USPS Informed Delivery that shows what we are getting in the mail. Sometimes we do, sometimes we don't. There was something from the state of Pennsylvania that I never received! Then yesterday I had two packages that were supposedly delivered in a "parcel locker" at the mailbox in our rental complex. That's fine, except there was no key to get into the locker. 25 degrees overnight and there's a piece of tech left in a metal box because I cannot get to it. I just want to get my mail and packages!

Very poor Customer service and delivery of mail to customers from Amazon waiting on a pair of jeans since November 12 -2023 clock at 1:18 am and still hasn't arrived for delivery to my home address. Very poor service ?.

The people who work behind the desk are the most unprofessional and uncaring people here. The mail carrier that was delivering my mail previously pepper sprayed my tiny dog because he is that much of a wuss apparently. They refuse to deliver my mail, have been making me come in and pick it up, and now are saying they will return all mail unless we put up a mailbox (which I now have) or buy a PO box. I will not buy a PO box for an issue they initiated, and when I told that to the "man" behind the counter today he WAVED ME AWAY, shooing me like I was a fly. This man is either paid too much to be an inconsiderate lemming, or too little to be a decent human being.

This post office is the most unreliable delivery service. Every time I have a package delivered they loose it or deem it undeliverable because they can’t access the front door. Which is absolutely ridiculous because they have no problem delivering the mail on the same day. They are very unhelpful in recovering said package because they then can’t find it. If I could choose to not use the post office for packages I would do it every time. I don’t understand how the post master still has a job. A manager of any other institution this unreliable would have been fired long ago. It’s no wonder they are bankrupt.

It’s 5:42 pm and our mail still hasn’t been delivered I’m tired of usps delivering our mail late or last. Do better.

Honestly, it's one of the worst businesses I've ever had to deal with. They have posted days and hours for when they're open. But it's more of a suggestion. They're only ever open when they feel like it. Also, they've lost several of my packages. I would use someone else for my post, but unfortunately, there aren't any other options.
