People that work with the public really need to educate themselves about service/medical alert dogs!! Stopped at a turkey hill gas station and the cashier proceeded to tell my they don't allow pets. I explained my dog is not a pet and she is a medical alert dog. The cashier then proceeds to tell me he is allergic to dogs. At that point I informed him she is my service dog and she is allowed to go with me anywhere the public is aloud and walked away. He then proceeds to tell me I don't need to have an attitude. I continued to walk away to use the bathroom and noticed a manager in the back and asked her if she will please come educate her cashier when it comes to medical alert dogs. She sighed and nodded yes. This is the problem I run into alot and even more now where I'm staying to keep me safe. I'm definitely going to be printing up pamphlets with information on the laws of service dogs because this is ridiculous anymore!!!!

It's a super dirty place, the manager Tiffany is rude, with a bad attitude. I asked her kindly to use the bathroom there and at first she didn't even look at me (I'm pregnant), I had to ask a second time and she very haughtily told me that I had no reason to use the bathroom anyway. The place was super full and it seems disrespectful to me that he did it in front of everyone. They have to improve their cleanliness because it is the dirtiest Turkey Hill in Lebanon and with a Manager with a terrible attitude

This is an update: overall this store has improved drastically from where it was. But here it is 6am doors locked and they're supposed to be open at 5am. Need I type more. Yeah they had bogus hours at all stores for a few months recently. Only opening at 7am I believe. Definitely a PITA this morning.

This is a lie they are not open until midnight at all and it makes me mad because it’s the closest store to me if I need something quickly instead of having to walk all the way to lincoln avenue to get stuff or giant or across town to the other turkey hill that actually closes at midnight. If I could give them a zero star for false advertisement and will be calling there corporate office because they close 5 hours earlier than they should be to make sure it won’t ever happen again

Honestly, today was my first time coming here and it reminds me of a RaceTrac. I love the simple fact that they have all of the drinks that I want a a low price. I literally spent $10 on 3 MONSTERS and 4 Powerades, and they accept EBT AS WELL. They even have a slushee machine for the kids which is perfect for summer!!!

Poor service, staff had very unnecessary attitude. Blonde short hair, mid 30's. I asked for a pack of cigarettes, and she was way to busy on her phone, to do her job, looked passed that, and asked again, only to get even more attitude. Was asked to drop my mask, for proof of identity, made me feel quite uncomfortable, because the sign said masks are required at all times, on the door, before you go in, and at the checkout counter. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I mainly go here for coffee in the mornings. 8/10 they'll be out of coffee except decaf. I also stop by their "last hour of business" for a gallon of tea or ice cream. The past week this place has been closing before midnight which is what their closing time is. Very frustrating when you could go elsewhere but you decide to go nearby. Also it's a little sketchy a lot of times especially at night I like to avoid this place and since they clearly don't have set hours of business and the closer just closes whenever the feel like it I'll stop wasting my time and I suggest you do the same. They need a management and employee overhaul.
