Thank you Tim mcshane for screwing up a surrender to a life insurance policy. And making my mothers passing even more of a headache. Complete hog wash!!!!! Oh yes it’s getting processed. I called the life insurance company they can’t because of HIS mess up. So it messes up my FAMILIES & MY MOTHERS WISHES!!!!! I’m so furious at the attitude that I got from him when I explained the situation. He acted as though HE knew everything about it. Well apparently not. I will never have him handle my own life insurance or any insurance for that fact nor recommend him after this extreme headache.Im happy ya’ll had such a lovely time with this…… guy. And he provided you with helpful help.
