I got an email saying that my new phone arrived. When i went to pick it up, I was told that the system shows that someone picked it up. After waiting an hour they find my new phone. It was sitting in the backroom the whole time. I am very disappointed in the service here.

Third time was a charm. Tried AT&T and Verizon in our area & it was limited. Finally switched to T-Mobile. Super service here and Miranda was a great help at the store. Very satisfied!!

Thank you, Frank! I went in with a super annoying hotspot issue, and he came up with a thoughtful, creative solution for us to try. Try! If it doesn't work, he gave me a plan for what to do next. He offered superior customer service, as did the assistant manager, and I just couldn't be more pleased by my visit to this location. Thanks, again, Frank! You're the best.

I’ll be completely honest I have never had my own phone plan I have always used a pay as you go service but I wondered into t mobile and I am so pleased with everything so far the little benefits they give you for having a plan is amazing they have a deal app for Tuesdays t mobile gives out deals and stuff every Tuesday it’s pretty great I feel so secure the deals on the phones are unbelievable and the plans are reasonably priced and the gentlemen that helped us was patient and highly skilled in his job I highly recommend T-Mobile!!

Vilas and the whole crew there are so helpful. Really appreciated the desire to help with my initial needs before jumping straight to a sale. My phone was fixed, and I didn't have to purchase a new device. I know where I'll be coming for my upgrade. Thanks!!

While the service was great when an associate got to me, I had to wait 1 hour in the store for customer service to buy a new phone upgrade for my wife. I just only wanted to pay for a new phone in full and walk out with it. I'm going to buy online from now on. Totally unacceptable!

So far I like their service for both phone and wifi. The price of their services is what you're looking for! Definitely less expensive than the cable company!

The associate who assisted us seemed to be having a rough day. We felt quite a bit of attitude on simple questions.She could benefit from some customerService instruction.I got in, got my new phone, declined to have her set it up (it would have taken a long time according to her), then left.

I cannot recommend this T-Mobile store enough! My family was looking to switch carriers because we had been with another and the customer service was terrible and we were having a lot of network issues. After doing some online research, we decided to visit this T-Mobile store to see what our options are for switching to T-Mobile. Miranda was absolutely incredible, walked us through our options and was so knowledgable, and made the entire experience much easier than we expected. She did a phenomenal job working with us and was patient - we are now T-Mobile customers!

Sio I went into the Tmobile store today at the Lebanon mall for a quick sim card switch and was there from 12 to 6 ,I couldn't believe how long it took! Most people would of had a fit had it not been for this employee but Ms Apple I would have left and went to Verizon she was so incredibly awesome that I didn't even realize I was there over 6 hours, I've been in customer service for over 30 years and own my own business and I could take some lessons from her ! Amazing is an understatement!IL

The older male employee was very nice and very honest they are not able to fix my phone because the glass has a problem in which it's not cracked it just has a white cloud behind it
